The best daycare in the valley! My pup is a regular and the staff is amazing to him always.

they won’t honor simple requests - such as, call as soon as the dog is done or if you bring multiple dogs - let you know was soon each is done. also, there is no debrief or explanation after a teeth cleaning. maybe it’s worth it if you go when the teeth cleaning is on sale.

I can not recommend K9 Loft enough. They were so great with my older dogs teeth cleaning. Great service and affordable and no up selling like the vet. A+

My 4 month old corgi pup loves this place and the staff are all so friendly. He wags his tail like crazy whenever I drop him off. He made a couple friends and I like to watch them play on the webcams. This place is very clean compared to other daycares in the area. Definitely my go to whenever my sitter is not available. Highly recommended

Great experience with dental cleaning for my Levi dog.

I have been taking my dog there for almost 2 and half years. They have seen Balto grow up from a puppy to what he is now and have treated them love their own. Even when I moved away from Sherman Oaks, I continue to take him there because he loves the staff and does not like other daycares.

Thoroughly enjoyed the people and the experience at K9 and will use them again.

Our new rescue has anxiety with being crated. The grooming was excellent and they were so responsive to our pup and called us immediately to pick her up. We are grateful to K9 Loft for their care and professionalism!!

We had a wonderful experience boarding our dog at the K9 Loft. He was well cared for and we got photo updates of him every day. He looked so happy and it allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing he was in good hands!

I take my dog in once a year for a teeth cleaning. Great work and done quickly. Teeth noticeably whiter, and breath fresher.

Shaved half my dog and called it a day. My usual groomer will handle it.

Highly recommend! The space is clean, well air-conditioned, has a great staff, and good energy. My puppy absolutely loved it and came home completed wiped-out and ready for bed. The staff was so sweet and welcoming, I felt very safe putting my dog in their hands. Amazing atmosphere and the perfect place for dogs to be well socialized and properly taken care of.

Since I sell pet products to lots of stores I have relationships with many shops and groomers we can take our dogs to. There is a reason I choose K9 Loft for our doggie spa needs. They are on their game; friendly and caring to pets and humans alike and our dogs are happy there. Oh yeah, our dogs look and smell awesome when we pick them up!

We love love love the k9 loft. We use to have a service come to our house with our old dog for grooming but once we got our puppy we realized we need to try day care to socialize him. The staff is super friendly and took great care of our Charlie while at daycare I decided to give the grooming a try. This was our puppy’s first grooming (besides baths at home and a little trim w scissors) and they did AMAZING!! We keep going back for grooming and daycare. Would highly recommend. They also sell lots of high quality dog food, treats, beds, toys, accessories... whatever u might need for ur pup.

Brandon and Priscilla are the best groomers for my 2 dogs and their staff is outstanding every time. They are all very caring, accurate and responsible. We could not be happier with K9. Thanks!

We had our 2 dogs attend the Dental Clinic for the non-anesthetic cleaning and it was a wonderful experience! I highly recommend K9 Loft for this as well as Day Care. I have now been to 2 of their locations - Pasadena and Sherman Oaks and both are amazing.

This was our first time going to Sherman Oaks. Jasmine had her first non anesthetic teeth cleaned. Everybody was so nice and friendly. Price was reasonable. Highly recommended!

Took my beagle for grooming today and my dog came out so happy and wearing a stylish bandana! I will definitely return again, not to mention they now carry our dog's brand of food and so many more healthy options!

I’ve been taking my dog here for grooming and boarding for 3 years. Humphrey’s haircut is always perfect and the staff is always friendly. The place is clean and the play areas are clearly filled with love. The only thing I wish was a little different was keeping the haircut we get on file so I don’t have to describe what I want done every time we come in. But otherwise, I drive 20 minutes to keep coming back because I trust them to take care of my pooch. I highly recommend.
