This place is great and I really love the inside look. Staff was really responsive which I liked. I loved how my dog Coco came out. He was given a really cute bandana too! He had a really pleasant smell to him too.Will come back to Roxy's again with Coco later on.They did a great job with him. He seems to like his visit. Coco was quite energetic when he came home. Look at my boy <3

The best pet groomers I've ever been to! They are the only place I trust and take my dogs to get groomed. They do an amazing job on our little dog and our German Shepherd mix.

My dog absolutely HATES getting her nails trimmed, and will injure herself trying to escape, I’ve resorted to getting her nails trimmed at the vet because most groomers don’t seem to know how to handle her. But today I walked into Roxy’s pooch parlour without an appointment, and I was in and out in maybe 3 minutes! They did a GREAT job holding her firmly and getting it over with while doing a good job, at a great price! I highly recommend them if you have a freaked out pup!

They were very accommodating on taking my dog in at the last minute. Friendly service over the phone and in person. I felt like I left my fur baby in good hands!

I love this spot and so does Gigi. Very friendly, patient and willing to work with my schedule. Gigi always look super fly when we pick her up with some type of scrad around her neck.

Walked in and everyone was super friendly. I was mainly focused on her nails. They made me feel like I left her in good hands. All in all it’s been a great experience.

Best DOG GROOMING ever! I've been looking for a new grooming since I moved back into the valley after living in Beverly Hills area for the last 6 years All the other salons in the Valley didn't really meet my standards. I finally decided to try out Roxy's Pooch Parlour after receiving one of their really cool flyers. All I can say...Amazing! Not only was my baby Molly happy she looked incredible and clean, I don't think she has ever looked so good even after going to high end boutiques. I have never seen a better groomer than Francisco. He is an amazing dog groomer; from his scissor work to his high quality products. You can tell he and his staff really do care about our pets. This is will definitely be the only grooming salon for my Molly.

Came in to get my dog's nails trimmed. He's a huge scaredy cat but they comforted him as he tried to melt into the floor. I called ahead of time to find out a good time to come in and we were in and out in minutes. We'll be back!

Francisco/Roxy’s Pooch Parlor is THE BEST!! He is great with our dog and always makes her look fantastic! He listens to what you want and treats your dog as it’s his very own!! It’s a further drive than where we used to go but he’s worth it!

I finally found a groomer I can trust! Francisco listened to me about my dog: especially not to put my dog in the crate with a forced blow dryer blowing at him. My baby is shih tzu and he would suffocate Most importantly, I could tell Francisco was a dog lover straight away. My dog was ready in 1-1/2 to 2 hours and I was so happy with the grooming. I knew my dog was fine. He was just hanging around and in no hurry to leave (unlike other places I’ve tried). We’ll be back! Give these guys a try. They’re the best!

By far the best professional LA Groomers. My dog always looks unbelievable after Francisco is done with her. She's a big girl Australian Shepherd and I swear to God she looks like a show dog once Francisco is done with her. They only use amazing natural products! She smells simply marvelous for days afterwards. I live up up in Sherman Oaks and the grooming salons there do not compare to Roxy's Pooch Parlour. I would recommend this place to everyone that cares about their pets. There is unquestionably something magical about Roxy's Pooch Parlour. It is the hidden gem of the San Fernando Valley.

I walked in with my tangled labradoodle and they made her look great. They were very attentive to what I wanted and I got an excellent price. My doodle was very tangled and I'd forgotten to mention she's afraid of the blow dryer. They saved a ton of her very tangy (now soft and poofy!) fur and they caught the blow dryer thing right away. They took the extra time to towel dry her so she wasn't stressed by the dryer and returned a soft, gorgeous and happy little doodle. Thanks!!

I've only been taking my Willow to Roxy's for a few months, but I know I won't be going anywhere else from now on. They do a wonderful job with my white, long haired, wild child. Francisco is so outgoing and friendly, you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door.
