This is my favorite vet to take all of my pets to. They are upfront with any and all costs and will even help find you less expensive options they know of. I've never been charged for something that I didn't need for my pet. The staff is super friendly and will do their best to get your pet seen as soon as possible, even if they are booked up. The people who work here really care about what they do. I will always be a customer as long as I have a fur baby in my life.

These folks have the best customer service! They are friendly and easy to work with regard making appointments and care for a pet. They have put in easy procedures to keep us safe during COVID. They are simply the BEST! They are so professional in their care for not only us, but our beloved pets!

What great vets! Besides being knowledgeable and loving, Animal Hospital of Sebastopol bends over backwards to help pets and their families. They’ve always found time to see my pet if it was serious and have called me at home in the evenings. I miss interacting with the staff now that we never go in the building but I recognize that these new protocols, while set in place for Covid, make it easier for the staff to focus on the work at hand and therefore provide me and my pets with even better care.

They are amazing in taking care of my pets and keeping me informed.

Extremely SLOW service everytime we come here. Showed up on time for a simple vaccine apt. schedualed at 9am. Our pup wasn't even taken in to be seen until 9:33am . They don't really seem to respect their customers time here.

I have been using the Animal Hospital of Sebastopol for decades now and have always been impressed with the professional, and very caring attitude of the staff and professionals. Recently, I brought both of my cats in for (more than) annual checkups. My female kitty had teeth problems that showed up, and they gave me an estimate with a range of costs depending on how many teeth might be removed. My male cat got a good bill of health, except for "crystals" found in their urinary tracts. They recommended changing their wet and dry food for that issue, which I have done. Both cats are over 10 years old now. Following the dental work on the female, I was given thorough instructions and various medications to administer to her in specific sequences. I was also given verbal instructions as to the regiment. I was very impressed as to how good things went for my female recovering from pretty major surgery. I shudder at the thought of my going through what she just did. It is the third day since I picked her up after surgery, and she is feeling amazingly good. She is eating (soft food now) with little problem, and is drinking water too. She seems to be going back into her normal routine with my male cat (foster home mates, but not siblings). The pain medication made her a bit sleepy at times, but overall, I am extremely happy that she is doing so well. I am also very happy with the overall experience (especially considering the COVID-19 issues), as well as the reasonable price they charged me. AMAZING. My rabbit had overgrown teeth and I freaked out because every other vet I talked to told me to take her to UC Davis or that she basically couldn’t be helped. They wouldn’t take her in as a new patient anywhere but as soon as I called this clinic they immediately opened up a spot for me the same day. I was bawling my eyes out because losing her WASNT an option. And they helped me and I’ll forever be grateful. Trimmed her teeth and she’s now a happy girl.

Tucker and I love the vets and staff here. Tucker is a blind diabetic and these are the most knowledgeable folks I've worked with. They've attached freestyle libres (Gloucometers) to him which was such an incredible game changer. I used to drive all the way from San Francisco for his vet appointments. Now we live out of state and I still bring him back here when possible. I have tried at least 7 other vets in the last year and a half-ish as I juggled moving and Tucker's complex medical needs. I have found Animal Hospital Sebastopol to offer the most comprehensive care, in terms of offering new technologies and creative solutions for my dog with severe separation anxiety. They are informative, empathetic, and knowledgeable. So grateful to the whole team here!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My dogs vet has always gone above and beyond to assist me with all of my questions. They are overall my favorite vets office yet.

They are all so wonderful with our dogs they are rescue’s, our one dog is very shy and gets scared easily but he is so comfortable with everyone there it’s amazing! They act like they have all the time in the world to answer questions. I highly recommend them. Odin on the way to visit you all????

Sometimes it's hard to get an appointment, but I know it's because they are busy and they are busy because they are just amazing! I moved to Santa Rosa last year but i still come to AHS because they take the best care of my Lily girl!

Dr. Nicole and her staff have always been compassionate and attentive to me and my dogs.
