Laguna Veterinary Hospital Santa Rosa, California

Husband made an appointment for my dog and was not able to make it and I was unaware. Laguna sent a bill for missing the appointment and immediately threatened collections. Bad business practice to lose a client over this, considering that they over book anyway and were never ready in past appointments, having me wait in the lobby for over 30 minutes past my dogs scheduled appointment. I never told them I was charging a fee over this…Laguna this missing appointment fee cost you way more in the long run considering I will never go there again or recommend there.

I was a existing client here now the rude lady up front would not even listen to what I said all she said was “no” this place use to be great, u need to let go of the new “supervisor” she is clearly unhappy. Hope u guys do better because that lady is tearing u guys down, coming from me and 3 friends that use to come here.

Love them been going her for over 28 yrs. I love it because its not a VSC corporate owned company. Those place took over most of santa rosa and rob you. They try to run the most test and charge you the most and its sickening!! The Dr and staff here listen try to help you out by getting to the root of the problem with good old knowledge. That the problem these days. Vsc always say it might be this or that.

I've been going here for about 12 years and we always loved the place. Now not so much, with a young puppy in pain everyday it is hard to be loyal to a business that will not take existing patience in an emergency basis. It's very unfortunate I have to write this review but Susan has changed her management and the value of going to one vet is so you do have a "hospital" to take you pet to when they are in crisis. So I wont be returning to Laguna Vet again, it a sad day to my two dogs.

Never let's me down when I call for advise. My pets are treated with loving care.

Been going there for years. Great customer service. And the doctor is excellent. Knowledgeable and a great attitude. My dog is only so blessed to have a doctor like her.

They vet tech and vet were very accommodating to my new rescue dog and her fears...helpful info and caring folks.

I am super frustrated with Laguna Veterinary Hospital. I reached out to them multiple times over COVID and never heard back- Finally got an appointment for my two kittens and had great service. They are now in need for their second round of shots, and AGAIN, I haven't been able to contact them. I have left multiple messages, filled out a request form online and even received an email from them saying they kittens over due for an appointment but NOTHING. The only reason I keep trying to get a hold of them is because I purchased a package that would offer me 15% off their next two visits but now I'm feeling as though I'm forced to go elsewhere just so my kittens can get the proper care they need.

Dr. Sue is the BEST! The staff also are great people!

They were great. I called when I got there and they came to car to get my cat. Doctor came out to talk to me after done with exam. Paid bill by phone. Everyone was so nice.

We had to have our sweet 19 year old cat euthanized last week. So sad for us. We took him to LVC. We were pleasantly surprised to see that they have a special room for that, not an exam room. It’s like a room in your home. Furniture, bookcase, plants, low lights, soft music, a water feature, comfy couch and a coffee table covered with very cushy fake fur. We know it made things less stressful for our cat and for us. They were very kind, compassionate. It all made our last moments with him a little easier. Thank you!

Visiting the Laguna team and Dr Sue is always a good experience. The setup with Covid is smooth and well thought-out.

I love Dr.Susan Boynton she's so giving and talks to you using simple terms not in Dr.terms Lala likes the Doctor lol no really and the staff is great to.

They take care of my fur-babies, they're friendly, thorough, and i found their prices reasonable. My favorite cat was diagnosed with diabetes and i got two more years with him by giving him insulin twice a day. They were very helpful along the way and for the end of his life. They saw me right away despite their busy schedule, and they were very careful and compassionate. I now take my young kitten to them for all of her needs.

Sue Boynton the vet has been not only seeing my dog Chloe since when was a puppy, but my family's as well! She is great, professional, on her game at all times and a wonderful person! I highly recommend Laguna Vet!

Dr.Susan is kind, loves animals and very knowledgeable about them.So happy to have found her after trying a herd of other Veterinarians around. Her staff are warm and welcoming especially Monika and Lacey. Love this place, you and your furry family will too.

Very caring staff. Been coming here for years. Brought our "new" dog (we adopted a 10-yr-old sweetie girl) for her first visit to Dr. Boynton. We always feel like we matter here.

Dr Boynton is very knowledgeable, kind and explains things clearly. Does not try to up sell like other vets we have gone to.

My sweet kitty Kaiser has seen a range of vets over his 13 years, and this place outshines them all! I chose LVH based off of other reviews, and they sure do ring true: Dr. Sue is every bit as compassionate, caring, and conscientious as described— having both my fur baby and I feeling immediately at ease. Her staff is efficient and equally as wonderful, all in an office that is clean and bright. LVH is not only affordable, but in my opinion the level of care received is priceless in value. Dr. Sue is a great and patient listener who talks with you, not at you like some other vets do. It’s truly an honor to witness her gentle aptitude at work in what all of us pet owners know is such a meaningful field! I feel very confident in our treatment approach which includes preliminary options as well as fallback plans... Thank you LVH!

I used to love bringing my pets here..but they need more help. Had an issue with 2 separate animals and even after leaving messages no one ever got back to me. Not to take away from Susan, she is an awesome vet but the lack of response made me seek out another avenue for my animals.
