I love the entire staff at both Ark grooming facilities. My little Pekingese dogs are treated with love and caring. I always pick up beautiful groomed dogs. I highly recommend The Ark grooming facilities

I recently had an accident and Mary (sweetest groomer ever) juggled her schedule ar ok and to meet my needs. They are professional and amazingly caring..Thank you Ark!

Our dog has been there every week for bath and grooming for 8 years! I love the care and perfection to their clients. I get possible suggestions from my groomer that will help our dog. This I really appreciate☆ they take such good care of our dog❤❤❤❤❤

Love this place! It smells wonderful...you think you're in a beauty salon! They're all so cheerful and helpful! I don't know what Molly and I would ever have done without Mary! She always knows what to do for Molly! She's awesome!

Called to get kitten’s nails trimmed. I was invited to come in immediately. I was in and out less than 10 minutes. Sir Williams has his groomer now.

This Grooming Salon is excellent great customer service they have great one-on-one relationships with the pet parents and they love what they do and take pride in their work!

It's been more than a year since I've had my dog groomed here at the Ark. She came out and wasn't able to walk. The owner promised to pay for any doctor bills and then backed out when 3 vets suggested an MRI. I'm still waiting for my $65 refund that I was also promised. Be very careful, you don't know what goes on in that back room. She was definitely injured at the Ark.

Took my dog Nico (a welsh corgi ) she had horrible hot spots they have this great all natural shampoo that killed all her fleas and helped her hot spot

Milo is a sweet rescue, but incredibly scared and totally new to the idea of getting groomed. Not in an aggressive way, just in a "I'm not movin'!" kind of way. Holly couldn't have been more understanding and caring. She assured me that he just needed to be conditioned and that they would lovingly get the job done. She called over a co worker (Eddie) and together they showed me how they would clip his claws, etc. I can't rave more about the positive attitude and quality of the work here. BTW not every place knows how to compassionately get the job done. I took him to Healthy Spot once before I found Ark. I picked up a pet who was scared and work not completed because he "had a hard time." Healthy Spot didn't seem to mind charging me anyway for a job that was not done and a freaked out pet who was not assured. Keep up the good work, Ark! -Olga

Kayana did a beautiful grooming job my Dexter. It was our first time going and I was nervous about how he would look even though Ark came highly recommend, not only was I not disappointed but I was totally ecstatic when u saw him. Kayana is new at Ark but she is amazing.
