Vip was a organization that traveled to feed stores to vaccinate animals and help them. My dog came here since she was a wee puppy. Now they don't come here anymore. I could afford to keep up on keeping my 8 year old dog now up on all her shots and stuff. (PLEASE BRING THEM BACK) Other than that, they have great treats and food for animals. Nice staff.

Great selection if they don't carry something they can sometimes try and order for you. Customer service is outstanding from crew although cashier has a tendency to be abrupt and a bit dismissive if she doesn't know you or recognize you one those places where they great regulars by name

Has a large section of dog stuff and a decent amount of cat stuff. Fortunately they stock our preferred kibble! I don't know enough about farm stock to be able to judge their chicks, feed, hay, etc.

I live in Felton now was lookong for a certain brand of cat food and I didn't wanna drive all the way to the city. Before going I called them to make sure they have what I'm looking for and when I called they answered right away and told me they have what I need. The store is somewhat small and isles are very narrow, but they carry many different items found at bigger stores. Customer service was also excellent. Definitely recommend this pet store.

Scotts Valley Feed always has the food products I need for ducks chickens turkeys and the local deer. Great experience , helpful staff always .

I drive from downtown Santa Cruz to get my kitty supplies here. It's a really wonderful place, and I love that they carry food brands that most big chains (like PetSmart) don't. The staff is also always SO nice and helpful.

The ladies that work here are absolutely amazing. Times are extremely tough and I didn't have enough money to buy dog food so one of the women working there went and grabbed me a big box full of sample packs of really good food for my dog. If you see this you know who you are and I want to thank you again for being so caring and helpful
