Great staff, very warm with our animals.

Dr Dembner is a wonderful, caring, thorough veterinarian. Dr. Dembner did an outstanding job helping my Scottish Lucy with her pyoderma skin issue. I couldn't believe Lucy let her nails be trimmed by Katie, but she did! Vet technician Katie, and receptionist Kimberly are awesome as well--patient, friendly, and kind. The office is clean and beautiful, and I felt like my precious furry friend was in great hands.

I've been taking my cats to Dr Dembner for over 20 years and I'm thrilled that she's now in Scotts Valley. Care, as always, is exemplary - love the new clinic, and appreciate the efficiency and fast checkout at reception

Dr. Powers and all the staff at Mt Hermon were very thorough and incredibly friendly and most of all incredibly kind to my 15 year old pooch....Almond Joy.

My dog had to have a lumpectomy and everyone at the clinic took great care of him and their follow up was extremely professional. They were very thorough in explaining the follow up care and put me at ease with the the care I needed to do at home.

I took my new puppy there. I found every staff member to be attentive and kind and thorough. They are also quite responsive. When I had a question, I got a quick call back. 10/10 would recommend.

Mt Hermon vet clinic was so great with my 20 yr old cat Shadow! He loved them!! I was very glad I took him there.

I volunteer for a rescue and this boy was brought in after years of neglect. The vets at Mt Herman were so wonderful to work with, he had one ear operated on at a specialty vet they referred us to and because of their great reputation it was done very quickly. Front desk staff make or break a business in my opinion. They are all so friendly and nice here and obviously love animals. The vets are great too.

I have been taking my dog snoopy here since he was a puppy and this place really cares about pets. So I keep going back! I would say they are responsibly priced. The staff and Vets are super nice.

I have been taking my dogs and cats to see Dr Dave and Dr Cathy for 26 years. My pets receive excellent care at Mt Hermon Veternary Clinic. Staff loves animals. My kittens are going in this morning.

One of who I consider the top 3 vetinerians in the entire county . I have played the veterinarian Russian roulette at the high cost to my dog and my wallet until I finally found real caring professional affordable and excellent information for my dog who turned out to be severely allergic and suffered terribly until I brought him here. They literally saved my boys life and I highly recommend anyone with a sick dog especially ear and skin issues to see this vet before any other he will save your pet a lot of unnecessary pain with his intelligent approach that is also affordable. I really appreciate him more than I can express I have really had a very hard time finding better care in this area

Been going here for our 4 pets for at least 10 years, great service and local/ family owned.

I purchased a product for our cats from this clinic on 1/19/2018. When I got home I found out we already had product so wanted to return for refund. Clinic refused saying package had a small opening. I informed them that I purchased product and had never opened it so was purchased in this condition. They apologized but still refused. I came home and opened product to find out it was leaking from the end of the tube and the expiration date was 3/2012. I immediately called them back with this information and receptionist said she would have to talk with the veternarian. WTH! expired product this ought to be a no brainer. You would think for good customer relations if nothing else. At this point they have lost a potential customer due to making me jump through hoops for something so simple and easily remedied. Dennis wessel Update Just to be fair the clinic did reimburse me today when I informed them of product being expired. That's the good news. On the negative side the when I informed the receptionist that the tube leaked as well as being expired she stated I'm the one who sold this to you and it easn't like this when you bought it. Where it had leaked was hard as a fossil and in no way could get this hard in a three day period and never addressed the product being expired in 2013. No apology just a bad attitude. Not a good way to treat a customer. But luckily I won't have to put up with this is the future.

Caring and knowledgeable providers who treat our pets gently and lovingly. There is adequate time during appointment for addressing questions and concerns.

Best vet in the county, has given all our dogs excellent care over the past 20 years.

I highly recommend Mt. Hermon Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Imboden and Dr. Levy are outstanding practitioners of veterinary medicine. Their care and compassion towards your pet and you is something special. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and they the best too!

I love Dr Imboden, Dr Levy & staff. Always helpful, knowledgeable and they take extra time with clients and they don't act like we're ruining their schedule. I appreciate their patience. Clinic is always clean. Always Quick to get you in a room. Wish I had them all the years before I moved here! Truly greatful for them :) highly recommend.

We've been bringing dogs, bunnies and guinea pigs to MHVC for the past 20 years and highly respect and trust them for their extensive knowledge and compassion. Dr. Imboden and Dr. Levy are responsive and take as much time as necessary for you and your pet. They are able to diagnose where others have been puzzled. And their office team is professional and friendly. Highly, highly recommend!

Both of the Doctors are so great with my timid doggies. They have always gotten on the floor for the dogs rather than forcing them on the table. They never tried to overmedicate. I am a biologist by training so they also talk to me at the appropriate level of science and are just all around great!
