It us honestly hard to encapsulate my experience in words, because not enough words will do. Simply put, this is the greatest vet office I have ever been too. The love and care they show each patient is incredible. To the point where my dog Gibbs LOVES each visit. Gets excited and howls as we enter the parking lot. Truly an incredible place!

They treat more than just oak trees from the valley! Great staff, prompt service, very attentive to our animals even if my cat is being a total jerk.

Great experience! The staff and Dr. Moreno were very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Moreno is very knowledgeable and clear with her evaluation. I liked her common sense answers and I felt that I wasn't being over charged. I'm grateful for being referred to Valley Oak Vet Clinic...salt of the earth care.

With extensive knowledge, unprecedented caring, and thoughtful interaction they work together to provide excellent service for you and your four legged family. Dr. Arnold has a unique ability to really listen and respond with compassion. At Valley Oak you will be in the very best hands and hearts.

When it came time to send Cody over the Rainbow Bridge, Dr. Moreno provided as smooth a transition as humanly possible. The entire staff followed up with a sympathy card including personal, heartfelt comments. I believe for them, it isn't just a career, it's a calling. I love these guys... Dave Adams l

Great veterinary clinic. Staff is super friendly and my dog did not freak out, win win. Doctor Walsh was who I saw and she was very nice and thorough and have good suggestions. We are moving to this clinic from harbor vet since we live in Scotts Valley now.
