Did a great job with my dog who is extremely anxious. Very impressed and thankful!

Brought my new puppy at Saratoga who had an appointment right away for new puppy check-up. He's now had his first vaccine shot, and was taken care by the technicians. My neighbor is also now using them for neutering their dog.

My dog of old age had it's health deteriorated rapidly and the Saratoga staff were able to fit an emergency care appointment the same day. They found the primary causes quickly and explained to me my options clearly. Unfortunately she couldn't make it but they let her go quickly and peacefully. Thank you.

Very Professional Staff and the Veterinarian was outstanding allowing me and my family say goodbye to our beloved dog.

Our cat was in bad shape with many known health issues, but our regular vet was out of reach. Saratoga got us in right away. Dr. Grewal was incredibly kind and delicate in examining her and agreeing that it was time to let our cat go. She gave our cat fluids and sent us home with pain medication to make sure she went in peace. The cat passed the same night and we knew she had been well cared for. All of the staff we spoke to were excellent and very sweet with kitty.

First visit, after being referred here, went great. I have a dog who’s terrified of getting her nails trimmed and she was in and out in 5 minutes with new nails and no traumatic meltdown. The staff was super sweet and friendly!

Our senior dog just had a dental cleaning done. We came to Saratoga Veterinary Hospital (SVH) because their prices for the services were reasonable. When we picked our dog up, we were given detailed instructions for post procedure care and what to expect and observe, and, then, got a check-up call the following morning. They’re very quick in returning calls and answering questions. We’ve now decided to switch our dog’s vet care to SVH.

Saratoga veterinary hospital staff are always kind, welcoming and accommodating. On top of that they do not overcharge like some vets do. Saratoga vet will be our go to vet for years to come.

Got a recommendation from out neighbors to have our Daschund Reggie’s teeth cleaned. I had called several places in San Jose and on the Peninsula and had been given quotes of over $1000. Called up Saratoga Vetrinary and was given a quote that was half the above estimates. I brought Reggie in and the front desk were very nice and took the time to go over the procedure and answer any questions. They called me during the procedure to updat and talk about a minor medical issue. I picked up the dog in the afternoon and spoke with the doctor who was very friendly and had time to talk with us and let us know what to expect as he recovered from the anesthesia. Overall out experience was excellent and plan on moving our medical care for Reggie to there office in the near future.

Staff is very friendly, compassionate and informative. The doctor is professional and responsive. The only thing was that app. Was at 8:30, but stuff did not come until 9 am. My puppy had to stay in a crate for 30 min along. But they let me take her for a walk and it worked perfectly.

We moved to the area recently and unfortunately went through two other vets before we landed here. I can’t tell you how thankful I am the doc listens and communicates with me. Not to mention how wonderful and friendly the staff is.

Saratoga has been there for me this week. I am traveling cross country and timing is key. I couldn’t find a nearby vet mid peninsula. It is well worth the 20 min drive! Friendly, quick, affordable and kind. Easy parking, staff with sense of humor. Thank you so much.

I am delighted to write this review on Saratoga Veterinary Hospital. I have been taking my puppy, Pluto, to this office/hospital since May 2020, and I must say the doctors and staff are outstanding and extremely caring. I am grateful to receive such a service. Many thanks to the team, you guys are the best, and Pluto loves you all!

The Dr took good care of our dog. Staff was very friendly.

Went to get my dogs shots since his original vet was busy. Let me just say the 2 at the front desk were amazing, super sweet and kind. Same with the doctor. Everyone who touch or handled my dog informed me what they did. (Since I work in the medical field, I expect it for humans but not animals, but it's those small touches that stood out to me). Plus my dog is super shy and scared of new people, but he wasn't here at all.

We have been going to this clinic for some time without any major issue but last visit was a disaster. We dropped our dog for grooming and when we went to pick our dog in the evening dr informed us that dogs left eye is injured and he prescribed antibiotics and a cream. Within 24 hrs our dog’s eye started swelling and eyelids stuck together preventing him to open the eye. We do not know how much more time it will take to heal, or will it ever heal! Question in our mind is how did he got injured? Groomer did not accept the responsibility and dr did not take any further action. Seems like there is no accountability in this clinic. We are very hesitant to take our dog to this clinic again due to their negligence and would discourage others to do so.

Does not give customer enough time to decide on certain test And very expensive I paid for blood work and urine test and they charged me for a culture which should of happened they already had ruined there they had to do another test and I had to pay for that to

The doctor's were helpful and genuinely concerned with my pets. They also worked with my schedule. My dogs got very good care.

Really great experience with my very aged little dog. He wasn't afraid and was treated kindly. Good advice from the doctor and a better diagnosis than from the vet I had been using before. A+++

Dr. Grewal spayed our 8 month-old puppy. The staff was very professional and reassuring. Most importantly, the spaying was done very well. I could tell, because Ayla was not sore at all the next day. I know that bad surgeons can muck around in there and cause a lot of post-op pain that Ayla didn't have. The price was much less than the large multi-site vets quoted.

I just adopted two kittens. I thought that I would get them spayed at a low-cost veterinary place, but none were open. So I started to inquire and look for a good vet. My previous vet’s price was outrageous, so I needed a less expensive alternative. I called Saratoga Veterinary Hospital, and was pleasantly surprised by their rates. It was still more than I expected, but they were nice, and observed all the strict guidelines in place for our pandemic. I am a senior and appreciate that. They also gave me a small senior discount. Their rates are not as good as the website, but many businesses have had to adjust because of Covid. I wish that it was not during this pandemic because I have not met the vets or assistants as is customary. I will continue to use them for my kittens in the future.

The staffs and the vet were very personable and helpful.

Last year we had to go through the difficult process of saying goodbye to our elderly dog. The staff was kind, professional and excellent all around during this. Today I called to make an appointment for a new puppy and after giving my last name, the person immediately responded with my older dogs name and commented that she was such a sweet dog. I was amazed that she remembered my dog and thought her comments were kind and sincere.

Brought my Puppy in for her Spaying. They were very affordable and very helpful Very professional staff and friendly. They call you the next day to check on your pet to make sure she or he is doing okay.
