You must go the evening of order day or the following day. If you don't good luck finding what your looking for. I alway's get this spiel from them. I wind up having them locate the products and then drive to another store.

Stopped by here to take advantage of the Halloween clearance and pick up other goodies for our pets and had a great experience during checkout!! Ricardo helped us and he was SO sweet, friendly, and welcoming. Thank you for the lovely experience. We'll definitely be stopping by here again.

You are now labeling the aisles with dog food bags with the brand names so it is easy to find what I want.

Everything was OK except for the fact that we had to waite so damn long for an employee, crickets and by the time I got home I'd say at least 2/3 of them were dead. When I went back the next day and I said something about it to the person that was working they said that it was the way I was taking care of them yeah how did I kill them in the car ride from here to there (my house)?

Kind and friendly people towards me and our young dog. Our dog seems willing to accept their kindness. Went in for nail trim. Not me! our young dog. Very happy with service.

Unfortunately I do not recall the name of the young lady who answered my phone call but she spent considerable time helping me obtaining a vitamin and allergy relief tablets for my dog. I want to say her name was Alex but probably way off base. Who ever she was, she had other things to do but spent time assisting me. Truly an asset to Petco. She is an asset to the company. She even had the items at the register for me to just run in and pick them up. Amazing amazing gal. Truly a valuable customer oriented employee.

I like this PETCO over PetSmart because they're right next door to our vet so we can just trot on over there after what our extra fluffy orange tabby thinks of unnecessary torture at THRIVE for some "after- torture" treats and toys. The staff are always friendly and patient with any pets, they have quite a varied selection of dog and cat food, and more toys than any fur babies would know what to do with. If there is a downside, it's that their selection of feline items are at about 25% of that of canines'. We went looking for a new harness for our chubby boy, but most of their selections were designed for kittens. Other than that, we really don't have much of a complaint. We'll definitely keep coming back.
