Great selection of food and supplies for your pet. We have a finicky eater and we rotate her food choices regularly. The healthy choices available here make it easier to accommodate this. The help here always have great suggestions for assisting us with food selection too!

Very Human Friendly Caring towards your pets needs...felt Welcome to be there there are buckets of samples if you them food is pet friendly must be easier on her tummy...she seems to be adapting very well with the new line of food...Thank iBPets

Kinda pricey. No regular Purina chow or Friskies.

IB Pet in general is a great pet supply store; they supply a lot of local, organic, natural, and fresh options for all pets, and it's reasonably priced for the quantity and quality you receive. However, this particular location I'm rating only 2 stars as my friend and I have been to more than one and it's a significantly different experience between this location and their others. Not one employee from this location told us on any occasion (more than 5 visits) that there was a rewards or loyalty program available for any one of the numerous eligible products we purchased each time. This is significant as almost every product we consistently have purchased has been eligible for a decent amount of savings and opportunities to earn free products. We were informed about the rewards program on the first visit we had to the Chula Vista IB Pet location, and were asked or reminded about it every visit we've had to that location since! What a difference. Additionally, there is one employee at this location, Chandel, who has consistently been rude and made us feel uncomfortable in her interactions with us. She has acted as though it were an inconvenience when we had questions about any of the products, and has had blatant disregard for our concerns while indicating there wasn't a problem - or at least if there was, it wasn't hers. Very unprofessional customer service and a poor experience every time we've gone. We expressly drive out of our way now to visit the Chula Vista location where the staff are much more friendly & caring. At that location, they're much more knowledgeable about their product selection as well and are happy to help.

Good products, very yummy treats! As evidenced by my 6-year-old dog stealing for the first time ever! ???? And the register girl was really friendly and seemed to truly enjoy dogs! We'll be back!

Very helpful in understanding what your dog or pet needs can be a little pricey but I enjoy the quality of their pet food

If you want good advice on "raw" food for dogs this is the place to go! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. We have a dog with serious gut issues and they were a font of helpful advice!

This is a lovely neighborhood pet store that has a good stock for almost all of your urban animal care. I can pick up everything I need for my dogs, koi, goldfish, beta, and chickens. If they don't have it, they are happy to order it for you. I sprained my wrist at one point and couldn't carry the 40 and 50 lb bags of feed to my car. They had me pull up front and loaded my car for me.

The employees are AMAZING and extremely knowledgeable. They have so many products to choose from it's crazy. I would DEFINITELY recommend this store, especially if you have any questions or are new to having a pet.

Large selection of healthy pet foods and treats. They are knowledgeable about special needs and diets. They carry Honest Kitchen products which our dog loves. They have a large selection of raw foods and treats as well.

Great place for treats, toys, dog food of all kinds (wet. raw, freeze dried and kibble). The employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. Love this place.

Special diet foods, cbd, toys, chews, leashes etc. Very knowledgeable and helpful people. They take military discount and keep record of all your purchases.

Great store for the area. Surprisingly decent selection of turtle stuff which I wouldn't expect them to have anything but basics. Friendly and helpful staff.
