Hardly even gave my dog a chance after 5 minutes said she was too shy to stay. I watched what was going on. They literally just gave up on my dog in less than 5 minutes.

Great boarding experience! You can tell they love the animals that come in and take great care of them.

Very disappointed with the care of our dog. She is hard to handle but you would think they could deal with her because of what they do. They just insinuated they didn't want her back there...Wow

We've loved taking our dog to Furry Friends! They can get really booked up around holidays so make sure to call in advance. They rotate the dogs out in the yard so they get consistent play throughout the day and they make sure your dog is with the right group. Every time we've taken our dog for boarding or day care the staff make it clear that they are paying attention to the dogs while they're in the yard and making sure they're taken care of.

Best place to leave your furbabies! Loving, caring staff. Always makes my baby comfortable and puts my mind at ease leaving him with such a great environment and staff.

Furry Friends staff are so patient and helpful with our timid and fearful rescue pup. After a year of being home together, it was hard for all of us to be separated. As our Luna's confidence continues to grow, we've learned that she loves to play in the kiddie pool. They even sent us some photos of her playing with her new friends. Highly recommend Furry Friends to my human friends.

The people at Furry Friends become like family and they treat your pets like their own. Bogie loves it there and I know he is well taken care of.

We just had our baby girls, happy and mia, stay over for 2 nights. The staff is very friendly, the place is super clean, and our dogs were well taken care of during their stay. We are so grateful to find a good place to watch over our dogs while we are out of town. THANK YOU Furry Friends Resort!

Terrible demeanor of the staff. Will not use again. Could not be more displeased with how we were treated. Completely ridiculed and treated like low class citizens.

The staff and the facility was amazing ! They take the time to really take care of our precious pets!

Our dog is high anxiety and as a result can be difficult to handle when she is scared. They have a staff that's well trained and awesome with her. She now gets excited when we arrive. You can pay extra for a room with more space and a camera so you can look in on your doggo but they will often send a pic or two of her playing or getting pets outside as well. This place is highly recommended!

I have taken my puppy to Furry Friends a few times for doggy daycare and he loves it. The staff has been great. I would recommend this place.

I have been taking my dogs there since they opened their doors. Everyone is so nice and wonderful with my dogs.

Our two dogs stayed here recently for a few nights. Both of them received awesome care and attention from the staff at Furry Friends Resort. Our 13 year old dog had never been boarded before, and within a day or so became extremely scared and fearful of the situation. The staff went above and beyond to help our old boy get as comfortable as possible, even going to our veterinarian to pick up some medication for him. Even though he was scared they never gave up and were attentive to him. The luxury suites are awesome for the dogs with bed and TV, they make it a point for the dogs to feel at home. The webcams are excellent to check in on our doggies! The play areas are nice as well. There is a clear emphasis on cleanliness. They also offer grooming during the stay. Really good experience at the Furry Friends Resort, highly recommended.

I was recommended to Furry Friends by a couple of friends and I was excited to take my puppy here for day care during the week and possible boarding down the road. I talked to the facility 2 times days before my arrival and they told me everything I needed to bring and that I could just bring all paperwork on my appt day. Needless to say when I was checking in they would not accept my shot records because my dog was from another state and the breeder gave him his first set of shots. He was 12 weeks old when I got him and he had to have his rabies to transport him. I had my vet give him a new set of shots because of transportation delays just to be safe. They would not accept the records from the breeder. They really should be clear on the requirements for the shot records. I told them I had 2 sets of records upon arrival. It is 40 miles round trip to get him to furry friends from my house and I'm very disappointed! They offered to "sell" me a new set of shots and he has already had 2 sets...a set in Oklahoma and a set here.

Im a little bit disappointed with how they handled my dog's issues.. been monitoring the camera, noticed the pad was like upside down or folded, no one dared to even fix it. I was like "how will my dog pee on that pad?" ????‍♀️. I know they were trying to do their best to take care of all the pets they had that day but i mean atleast be extra aware that owners can be on camera, monitoring, 24/7. But i still thank this place for doing their very best dispite im not fully satisfied with the service

I’ve had such a good experience with Furry Friends Resort. My almost 3year old black lab/border collie mix can be an anxious girl. She doesn’t want to play with other dogs. The staff here is fantastic. They keep Stella on her routine schedule and spend time with her and she comes home happy! We’ve boarded Stella for three long weekends over the last seven months. I believe that because Stella sees familiar faces and they are so kind to her, that it has helped my dog be more confident and calm when she’s there. Also, the last two times we’ve picked her up, we noticed that she’s calmer when seeing other dogs and new people out on walks, which is a very nice change. I feel really good about leaving her in such good hands!!

Domino has been coming to daycare here for almost 6 years now and still loves it!

Let me just tell you...this place is the epitome of love and compassion! My dogs are not easy dogs to board--one has anxiety, the other eats beds...they can be a handful. While I was away this most recent time, my dog, Orion started having diarrhea and was panicking at night when the staff would leave. They IMMEDIATELY called me, and discussed what was going on, the veterinarian came and saw him at no charge and they started him on medications to which I agreed first, at no charge. I can't say that happens for everyone, so don't take this post as their policy; BUT I cannot put into words how loving and kind and compassionate they have been since my dogs have been there. They had an immediate response and plan for their care adn everything has gone on seamlessly. I love the webcams...and the staff spends SO MUCH time with them! Every time I look at their suite, they're out doing something! I cannot, CANNOT recommend or thank Furry Friends enough. Thank you for loving my fur babies as if they were your own--it means a lot; especially when I'm 6 hours away in the middle of the ocean.

***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED *** I bring my little Pomerianian Toby here often . He loves them so much and they take great care of him. They are such warm-hearted , loving , caring and thoughtful people. Who are also extremely qualified who insure that your pet is gonna be happy and monitor them so you know they are healthy . They are also MILITARY friendly ! I wish I can give them more than 5 stars ! Thank you guys for watching my little boy Toby ! You guys are the best !

I love this place! Bogie has been going here for almost 7 years now. I take him once a week for play time and have also boarded him at Furry Friends. The owner, Dr, Lori Martin, is fabulous. And, the people working there really care about your pet. I know my baby is taken care of by people that are really concerned about his well being and happiness. I trust them implicitly. Thank you for loving Bogie almost as much as I do!

They are terriffic. I board my beagle here and also take him to daycare at least once a week. They always go above and beyond. I have had to board my dog in an emergency and they were so great about it. I love all the people there! And so does Bogie, my beagle. He can never wait to get in the door!

I have taken my dog Quincy here for the last 8 years, since he was just a young pup. They have always taken care of him like their own. I'm always kept up to date on any issues they notice. Their new facility is amazing and Quincy literally pulls me through the door to go...he LOVES it and all his friends both human and puppy. The staff has always been friendly and attentive. I love to hear the stories of his day when I pick him up. Of course I also take him to Cuyamaca Animal Hospital where all the Dr's and Staff are also amazing.
