I actually went to the Groomers I would never hesitate to going back again. They are an awesome group of employees that you can tell they really enjoy what they do and are so gentle with your little fur baby. Highly recommend them.

Excellent service staff was awesome. Changed from the El Cajon Banfield due to poor service.

Understaffed. Closed on days that aren't listed online or on their voicemail. Go elsewhere if you are looking for timely and reliable healthcare for your pet.

This place has gone downhill. I've been bringing my pets here for over 12 years and I am now looking for a new veterinarian. I'm on the Wellness plan but now have to drive to Aero Dr. To get my pet's teeth done because the person that does that doesn't go to Santee anymore. The people they have up front seem like they hate their job! I get little feedback on my visits. My dog has allergies and will have to take pills for the rest of his life but I get minimal refills!!

Minimal staff, closed a lot, can't get emergency appointment. Use to be good before covid. Guess they lost all ability to support owners.

I have been taking my little Parsons JRT " Matilda " to Banfield since the day I got her . She is a happy , healthy dog at 11 years now. I have had nothing but absolutely wonderful care from all the great people that work there. You can see the compassion and knowledge of what they do. The Wellness Plans were the best thing I could have done for Matilda. Thank you Banfield.

I took my dog here last week and he now has an infected cut around his neck from the technician strangling him with the leash they use. My dog has never had an issue with going to the vet before and they always remark on how well behaved he is. I will be writing to the state licensing board to have this location investigated. Do not trust them with your animals.

The Staff is great, all the doctors are exceptional and Radar had a good visit. Since the medication from his past 2 doctors, Radar my dog no longer coughs..The scheduling process is what brought it down from a 5 star to a 4 star. Santee is a very good place to bring your pet...????????

I love coming to this Banfield. That have taken great care of my dogs. I'm sad that we are moving and will have to find a new vet to take care of my babies.

Banfield was amazing. We came from Animal Care Clinic because they were too busy to give us quality care. But Banfield had appointments that fit my schedule and they took such great care of my boy Quincy. They found things that the other vet missed and they took their time which I did not mind at all. I have 2 other dogs that will be transferring over to Banfield too. Give them a try for sure!!

I checked my cat in as he has been feeling very unwell with a fever along with other symptoms for a few days. The entire time they kept bringing up their wellness program and how I should sign up for that in between discussing what should be done for my cat after making it crystal clear I just wanted to do what I needed to help him feel better again. It felt like they were after as much money as possible, and I never saw the doctor only the front desk receptionist. Everything happened over the phone which I did not appreciate.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me with everything I needed and took great care of our little girl .

NEVER BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE! Especially to see Dr. Ashley Glatting. I brought my poor dog here for a dental cleaning and Ashley collapsed his trachea then took zero responsibility for it. They sent me home with GI medicine and never once mentioned that they had collapsed my dogs trachea during the dental procedure. I have trusted this place for years and they completely let me down after they sent me home instead of to the emergency vet with my poor baby. He ended up at the Emergency Vet because my friend told me it was a collapsed trachea. After 2 nights/days at the emergency vet my poor baby ended up passing away. He was only 9 years old (poms live to be 15-18yrs old). I would never ever trust a vet (Ashley Glatting) that can't take responsibility for their actions. She didn't even call us after he passed away. This place only wants your money and they don't care about your animals. Do your research and find an actual professional veterinary office and never bring your animals to this place. You will end up with a broken heart like me. (I later found out that they killed one of my friends dog's also. They like to over vaccinate animals here) Update: 3-18-19 Banfield wrote a reply...this is a fake response to make themselves look like they care. They knew immediately what happened to my dog and they did nothing. In fact they were going to charge me the remainder of the annual fee. They don't care able animals. They care about money. Don't risk the life of your pets going to this place. They will not get the best care. Take them to any other vet. You can get referrals from any emergency vet clinic. Since my dog passed I've found out about at least 4 other dogs that have died on their care or lack there of. And everytime it was complete negligence from the vets at Banfield. Don't trust them, spread the word.

They only care about money. They do NOT care about your animals. BANFIELD IS HORRIBLE!
