Excellent experience from start to finish. Our boys loved it!

Four Paws was one of the very best day care/boarding facilities I have ever needed to leave my Frenchie with. Their staff is very friendly. My pet has some specific needs, and they had no problems accommodating my fur baby. If you're ever in the Bay Area, I'd definitely recommend using Four Paws Pet Ranch. Lastly, the facility is very clean and it's climate controlled.

Four Paws Pet Ranch is run by some wonderful folks and our dog is always happy to be left here to play with them and the other dogs. The staff will do a full review of social behaviour of new dogs to ensure they'll be comfortable through their stay and with the other dogs if they are kept in a social environment. They also have a full range of services - Day Care, Boarding, Training, Grooming.

Our dog Rosie Waffles gets so excited as we turn onto Guerneville Rd on the approach to Four Paws. The staff are always happy to see all if the critters. They are great at communicating any questions or reporting any issues to us. We are incredibly grateful to have them in our lives.

First time we had to leave our lil buddy behind while we were away, and we loved leaving him at Four Paws. Mind you, the emphasis here is on the canine, but there is an adorable setup for us cat owners, too! Staff is great, and kitty came home happy! We will bring him back!!!!

I took my cat, Trout, here. They made it as pleasant as such an experience can be. I expected Trout to be traumatized, but when I let her out in the car - aside from loving on me for the first five minutes and then going back into her travel bag and growling at me for leaving her for a hot second - she was all cuddles immediately after. She made friends with the staff, they are all excited to see her come back. The hardest part was signing the standard release form. But it worked for boarding in a pinch. Trout wasn't traumatized at all. <3 Bring your paperwork!

I don’t normally leave any reviews. But I’m going to leave a review for this place in hopes that it will help you make a good decision for your fur babies. I have two Pomeranians and decided to try this place to see how they’ll do. When I first arrive that morning, I wasn’t greeting by what looked like to be the manager. She seemed very straight forward and I wouldn’t have mind it if she would’ve been a little more nicer. To the lady in front office, she was really nice she told me if she could feed my dogs around 2:30 and I thought that was perfect since they already had breakfast at home. They had me fill out paperwork and that was it. Once I came back to pick them up. There was another lady who told me from across the parking lot that they just feed my dogs. This was at 4:30pm. I was so upset that they didn’t eat for almost 10hrs. Once we got home, my puppies ran to their water bowls and drink so much water. I’ve never seen them so this, I was so mad to the thought that they probably didn’t have water in those cages. I’m so glad it was a free first day trial. I will definitely NOT be taking my puppies to that place. It felt like a business -which it is but no one seemed to really like what they do. My pups get better treatment at the vet. Another side note- they had younger two puppies in one of the cages. One of them had diarrhea that looked like water coming out rather than solid poop. Then the other puppy came over to him and started eating it! I still have that image in my head. It’s was awful! I would think they are being checked on all the time especially since they looked to be much younger puppies. Never again.

This place is great. Six stars. Staff are friendly and my dogs loved it. Wide open for them to run and play

I send my Mastiff there once or twice a week for daycare. The staff treats him with care and love. I also use them for boarding. He always comes home happy and in good shape.

Very friendly staff, if your looking to adopt. Let or kennel your dog they are great! Also there are 2 emu's on the property :)

This is a great place, been taking my two fur babies there for years nice staff, my babies get all happy to go so I know they take good care of them. They accommodate my dogs needs which is very important when I travel

Great kennel and staff! Doggie Day Care too! I've left my 4 large dogs here several times this year when I'm away for a week.

We were up in Santa Rosa for one night- they were able to take our pup for day care. He had fun and was tired afterwards! A happy dog!

I cannot give enough praise and recommendation to Cory and her team at Four Paws Pet Ranch. I brought my new puppy (6 months at the time) in and she got a free day of daycare and getting to explore the site. The site is beautiful - a great place for any dog to want to play at. After the trial day - my pup now goes once a week and spends the entire day there while I get to play catch up at home and work. The most impressive part is that they are able to pick up my pup in the morning from my home and she spends the day there. They offer a drop off but I like to leave her there a little longer and I pick her up myself. Its always so fun to see her in such a great mood when I pick her up. The staff there is super kind and Cory is amazing my pup. They also offer boarding and salon services - I have yet to utilize the boarding but my pup will be getting a grooming there shortly and I'll include some photos in my review at that time so the world can see why my dog is the cutest (she really is). I highly recommend to all looking to try them out. You will not be disappointed!

Bernadette and staff at The Grooming is one of the best I have ever met you fantastic cuts and great-looking hairstyles I always will return to doing work and have that done in such a professional way is incredible thank you to all staff for being so caring for animals

I send my dog to four paws twice a week at least. The staff is fantastic and know my dog well. My dog has become best friends with one of the staff’s dogs and she will bring her dog when she knows we will be stopping by so they can have a play date. My dog is always exhausted when she comes home from a day of playing and we have a very quiet night.

Great grooming services! Always prompt and professional.

They had a mobile unit on the weekend of the evacuation of the fires. (Oct 26-27) out on Lucchesi Park shelter and I approached them with dog in hand and a lady working there rudely waved me off saying she couldn't help me with out hearing me out. It's upsetting that I recieved such treatment, I had just lost my home do to the fires. I'm not looking for pity, just for people to change their behavior thourds each other.

Our Bear loves Bernadette. She has been great with our Buddy, my folks Levi, and now our Bear. She is the best! Tip her well!

I have trusted my Alaskan Malamutes at Four Paws for over 20 years. They are wonderful and responsible and always look after my fuzzies when I take my frequent business trips. My dogs are barely even mad at me when they realize they are going there, and that’s the best testimonial of all! He’s going to visit his friends.

Everyone there are wonderful. They love animals and are great to work with. I have a difficult but loving dog, and they make sure my dog is well cared for while there. I would recommend Four Paws Pet Ranch to anyone who cares for the best
