Stay away from this place! Wish I could give zero stars. We left our dog here for two weeks and after we picked him up he had lost 12 lbs !! He went from 81 - 68 lbs. They also lied to us and said he was eating and sleeping fine when we asked how he was doing since we were concerned about his separation anxiety. If we knew he was not eating we would’ve come home to get him. What if he stayed there for longer something could have happened to him for not eating anything. Just wanted to come on here and warn about this place so this doesn’t happens to more dogs

We’re visiting from Chicago and we wanted to drop our dog before we go to a party, the place was so clean and the staff really loves taking care of dogs, they put him in a similar weight group dogs to Socialize and play which was amazing! Also, Christopher is amazing, he helped us a lot with our after hours pick up!

Rover is fantastic and takes great care of the pups! Our dog had been going there for a year and when I was pregnant and about to welcome our baby, they even accepted him in the middle of the night! Can’t recommend them enough, my dog nearly dislocates my shoulder on our way there because he’s too excited!!

These are the smiles that the Rover Kennels family inspire from me and my Furry son Maximus! We love this 24-hour facility, the personable care and treatment they offer, and the wonderful happy staff. We love you Rover!!!

We totally trust the staff here with our furbaby ???? We tried a few places in the area and will stay here. Reasonable priced considering you are in Santa Monica.

Love this place. The are very professional and take great care of your pet. Once your dog has been better, is so easy to drop off any time you need a hand

Love this place, it's great to know that our little man is looked after and having a blast if we are away. We also put him in at least once a week to see his friends and he comes back happy and worn out. Highly recommend

STAY AWAY!!! This place didn’t notice they got my dog sick and when I picked him up he was coughing, threwing up, and lost 5lbs. They didn’t even tell me he was sick! Shameful!

I love Rover. The staff are always very welcoming. The dogs have a great time playing. I even love the selection of healthy treats they sell in the front!

Loved the experience!! They spoiled my baby:) clean, loving, professional. They followed all my instructions. Finally we found a home away from home for our little baby, so we can travel again! Thank you Niki, Jeff, and staff!

Rover is the best! We've been taking our pug, Bear, here since we adopted him five years ago. Jeff, Nikki and their whole staff are amazing. They are truly caring and love every single dog that walks through their doors. I never worry about Bear when he's there for daycare or boarding. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!
