Friendly staff and clean place with many great products. I love bringing my dog here for grooming. I always recommend this healthy spot location to my friends.

They didn’t let me know my dog was ready to go. I dropped him off at 8 AM, and by 12:30 when I didn’t hear anything I called. They said he was ready..which annoyed me. I went to go get him as fast as possible and then they informed me he had not been out all day to pee. They left him in a small cage all day and forgot about him. Worst groomers ever.

I buy cookies and food here they're always so sweet and helpful but most of all my dog makes almost daily visits because we live in the neighborhood they know her by name they give her lots of love what can I say it's a great little store ❤️

Corey Cruz does a wonderful job grooming my dog. The attention to detail is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. Thank you for taking such good care of my dog!

I just love it,they have a beautiful clothes for tiny dogs, and a nice play area I like because I can see everything happening from outside the windows

Everything here--food, accessories, grooming-- is really good. The only reason it's a 4, not a 5 star rating is their prices are higher then other places.

Beautiful store but they don’t carry vegan pet brands.Disappointing.

I have been buying Duke’s food here for the last two years because they have human grade high quality dog food with no filler products. It’s a more high end pet store. That said I had to share how amazing the people who work here are!!! The customer service I receive here is always outstanding! David today went out of his way once again and helped me instal a dog cabin cover for the back of my Toyota Highlander, since my hands where full with Duke. I so appreciated his kindness & help. Thank you David Duke is so happy chilling in the back like a rock star!

I normally don’t leave reviews but this one is worth sharing… I cried after seeing what they did to my puppy, Archie. I have a cavapoo and he was super matted so I knew they would shave him but it’s very uneven. The face is fine but not sure why his tail and ears weren’t trimmed. Sadly, I think I could have done a better job for $0 instead of $90. Another thing I didn’t like was when they took him. Archie is extremely shy and scared of humans (but not aggressive and super sweet) so when they put a collar around his neck and tried pulling him to the back of the store, he was terrified. The resistance caused him to choke and cough. To prevent the choking they pulled part of the collar around his leg. Maybe this is normal?? Unfortunately, I will not be taking him there for the grooming services. :(

Great place to go for some puppy swag! It always feels like I'm in a boutique. They have unique stuff for dog clothing, actual back packs for dogs to wear lol outdoor tents, carrying cases, leashes, collars, customized tags, travel gear and you can even get shoes or rain boots for your fur baby as well!! Yes, it's not cheap but worth every penny.

I went for grooming and they did a great job! I have a shih tzu, which are high maintenance when it comes to grooming, and I always get nervous going to a new place. But the length is perfect, he seemed happy when he came out (which is huge, my dog is good with groomers but if he hates one I won't go back), and he was done in less than 3 hours! And the staff were all super friendly and quick to help.

Simply the best pet store ever. Staff is always friendly, attentive and helpful. Brought my pup in for a new harness staff member Gilda spent time reviewing advantages and disadvantages of each harness making sure the harness we purchased was the right fit. I was having quite a time finding the right food for my new pup but the staff at Healthy Spot was once again most helpful. Working with multiple staff members Dave, Jaz, Amber, Gilda and manager Rhonda they offered suggestions and advice along with samples of various brands of food. It took a while but we came up with a winning combination to satisfy my new pup and me as well. I highly recommend Healthy Spot for your pet's needs. Attentive staff and caring individuals.

Took our wire fox terrier in to see Kevin (who she had been hand stripped by before twice). I explicitly asked him to lightly strip her coat on her back as we mostly wanted to focus on her face and ears being stripped. I’m no professional but anyone with a hand stripping comb can see this is too short. Can someone explain to me why they thought seeing her skin was a good idea? See the picture below for how patchy and little fur she has left. I’d recommend avoiding this grooming service if you have a WFT and avoid Kevin.

Came in here to get the Answers goat milk (fermented probiotics) for my dog that isn't feeling well. Amber is always so wonderful. She was kind enough to show me around a few more items that I ended up picking up thanks to her assistance. I really like coming here. This is a special place, very good vibe here. I'm so impressed by this store and the products that they offer are truly top of the line. This is like a Whole Foods for pets. I Absolutely recommend coming here as the products they carry are essential for our pets. All pet parents need to do more research on preventative health by boosting their pets immunity and top of the line nutrition. At the end of the day you are what you eat. Choose wisely.

I go here to get both of my dogs gromed.They always do an excellent job.My one dog uses special shampoo they look and smell wonderful.Very friendly and helpful staff.I did find a harness that fit my one dog here.I could not get it at any other Pet store.She has a very uncommon shape.Love Health Spot.Check them out. ,omed

This place is more focused on dogs and that's ok because it's always fun to meet a new pup in the store. They have a small, but good selection of cat food and treats. The customer service is always good. Just wish they had more promos and deals when buying pet food.

5 stars for the Grooming job, very nice job with my Dog , but, please to who ever is running this nice shop: give a customer service training to your personal, specially front desk/cashier, every single time that I call , I end up being very sad for the attitude received from your employees, bad times coordination To drop off /pick up my dog and misunderstandings during Phone communications. I know that it might be a franchise maybe but still it has to have standards set up as a business model. Santa Monica welcomed you, but please , be nice with us too.

Justin, the fabulous groomer, is one of a kind. I am very comfortable With leaving my precious Gallina, Brussels Griffin with Justin. This breed must have their hair specifically hand stripped from under the coat to preserve the colors of the hair. I've followed Justin from another location. Getting on a waitlist for an Appointment Is recommended. Thank you, Mark Aliano

I went to find out about the doggie daycare that they have there. It looked great. My dog is small and they had all small dogs together. Looking forward to take my dog there.

This particular Healthy Spot location (1110 Wilshire Blvd., SaMo) has dog grooming services during the COVID-19 issue, whereas their other Westside locations do not.

Great groomers who truly love dogs - my 3 chihuahua’s are naturally scaredy cats but the groomers really care for them like they are theirs.

I get the openfarm cat food here after i was browsing which stores offer good quality cat food.

Haha, since we have a new dog, going to Healthy spot is like going to Whole Foods. At least once a week.
