I gave this 5 stars because I was very satisfied with my dog's haircut. They took care of her very well, and there were no cuts on her skin, and that made me very happy. I love my girl to death. She is my ride or die. ???? I'd also like to add that Tatyana, is their BEST receptionist. She always makes sure to get the answers you need, she really shows she cares, She's very sweet, and always seems to have a good attitude. I really appreciate that about her. That type of energy never goes unnoticed. Brent-Air animal hospital, definitely found a keeper! ????????

One of the best bet experiences- they are so quick (even with curbside). The vet really took his time walking through diagnosis & pricing feels very fair.

Recently made an appointment and wait time was about a week - let them know ahead of time what my dog would need. When I dropped off my dog I let them know again what needed to be done and one of my concerns that I'd like to have them discuss. Vet tech acknowledged them all. They forgot to trim her nails, they forgot a form I requested be filled out and brought it back out when I reminded them, they didn't talk to me at all about the one concern I mentioned with on-going regurgitation. When I got home I realized the form wasn't filled out completely. I had another unrelated appointment so I couldn't stay any longer to have this rectified then and there, and was a bit frustrated with the lack of attention me and my dog received. 3 stars because our first visit went fine, and if it wasn't COVID situation I'd have been inside and able to immediately have them do all the things they missed. First visit they actually called me while I waited in my car to discuss things about my dog (which was my expectation for this second visit), so when they didn't do that this time and simply asked for payment I figured they'd bring my dog out to discuss. Turns out that was not the case and nothing got discussed, just a hand off with quick comment. Needless to say, I will be looking for a new vet because they aren't paying close attention to what the pet's owner is asking for and it seems they are just rushing through the motions and not communicating internally with what needs to be done.

Not sure why they popped up on my phone. I wasn't there because every time I call they don't have appointments open or take walk ins so I took my dog somewhere closer to me instead of waiting 4 days for an appointment...which I'm glad I didn't because she has Pyometria and could have died waiting. Even with me describing her symptoms nothing was offered, no suggestions, nothing. Anyways. They were kind the two times I brought my dog here after I adopted her from the rescue that uses them and but I will not be bringing her back.

Alison Pang is the best vet. Not only is she knowledgable about cats and their behavior, but I honestly believe she likes my cats. And for one of my cats, that's a feat because he's easily upset to be not at home, and to have endured a car trip, and really isnt a friendly cat in general . One of my cats has anal gland issues, and Dr. Pang has little tiny fingers to not make my cat hate her for clearing his anal glands, (which can't be pleasant for any party involved, truly). The office is a little 70's out in the decor and building space, but dont let it deter you, the staff and overall animal care is great!

Good vet. Nice front staff. Too pricey as all vets in this area and perhaps in every city. But they do lots of charity works for catch and release, tests, etc. So the money is going to good causes. I've no idea where to go for average people to afford to have an animal. So, guess it's not just them.

I Love both doctors I have taken my golden too! He has a tumor on his heart and has had to have it tapped 3 times. This procedure isn't easy and Dr. MUSTAKAS literally saved his life twice! The last visit we saw dr. Edmunson and she was extremely helpful, nice and informative on obtaining medication from the most economical source :)
