Took my 8 week old poodle running fever doctor did nothing absolutely nothing sat in his chair drank his coffee. Pass judgment on assume it was all me why my puppy was running a fever 104 . When I asked questions the doctor was rude disrespectful towards me and my puppy. Receptionist went on to argue back to me her doctor both were unprofessional. Explain my puppy was tested for parvo it was negative. Nothing was done for poor puppy just 8 weeks old no fluids or I’v was started no antibiotics was given. What a nightmare. No human compassion for animals whatsoever here unprofessional service. Numb . How is vet open operating under criticism ? Dog tested negative for parvo . Would not listen to me and any thing I said ..I had to surrender dog because I could not afford anymore than $200.00 . Deplorable vet . Unacceptable to argue with customer as lady at front desk did I had witness over the phone listen as lady was rude ignored me and argue with me as the doctor sat in his office drinking his coffee while poor puppy suffering. All happened on December 20 , at night poor baby was vomiting diarrhea. Loss for words this is disgusting how a vet could be so in humane towards innocent puppy. Will be calling better business bureaus on All valley pets . Sick how people behave towards customers. Nightmare I recommend any one with problems go somewhere else. Please save your money go to some other vet . Ty Sonia

They care about your pets, and treat people great too. I've been taking my pets there for over 15 years. Although they are getting pricey, but I suppose everywhere is. The only downside is the waiting time. I've had to wait, sometimes an hour before I see the vet. They are getting better about that though.

They were wonderful. We were a walk in because 2 days after being bitten by a huge dog, I thought our Missy girl was going to die. They fit us in as she had not hardly eaten, drank since the attack, and had not pee'd or pooped since. She kept shivering and shaking, crying and breathing pretty shallow. I had given her a small dose of childrens ibuprofen, and found out from the Vet to NEVER give dogs human meds because it could have killed her. ???? The Vet and assistant were so good with Missy, and gave her strong antibiotic shot there so I wouldn't have to worry about administering at home. Also 2 different meds for pain. Happy to say today our girl finally went potty. Fingers crossed no abscesses will form where the 2 bite marks are. I was a younger female Vet with blonde hair, beautiful blue eyes, and a slight sweet accent. She was so amazing and informative.

I'm so happy to have discovered doctor Kaye and his wonderful staff I look forward to building a year's long relationship with them and take my pet to them for a long long time

I have been with this Vet since 1992. They have seen all of my pets. Now they are taking care of my cat.

We walked in with an emergency they fit us in . Everyone was great and friendly. Dr. Is great. They took great care of her. Happy people we are.

Very nice veterinary hospital veterinarian helpers were amazing.they helped with applying the necessary medication for our 2 cats.will for sure be returning.would highly recommend.

Excellent service, friendly office staff that always displays concern for the pets in their care. The office has a relaxed atmosphere that puts pets and their parents at ease. Thank you!

So glad I switched to All Valley. The staff here are amazing, professional and caring. I've had bad experiences with vets hurting my animals and demeaning me before and this hospital does not do that at all. Their primary concern is making sure your fur baby gets the medical attention they need and deserve. The doctor was great and made sure I understood everything happening with both my pug and my GSD each time I had to take them in. The staff follows up to check on your babies after they've come home and I've never had a problem contacting staff at the front desk for any questions or concerns. Highly recommend them over any other vet I've tried to see in the Santa Maria area and they will continue to have my business.

This review is about a year late but Dr. Kahlon is awesome and knows what he is doing. Took in my 10 year old pup because he stopped getting up/moving. Although they were very busy and I didn't have an appointment Luis spoke to the vet and the doctor decided to see us anyways he examined him and ordered x-rays and he knew right away he had arthritis prescribed some medication and within a day or two my dog was back to normal! Forward to another year I have another dog who needed dental extractions and took her in for an estimate. Although it was pricey I knew it needed to be done and warned him about my dogs prior complications with anesthesia (a different vet I took her to for dental extractions said she stopped breathing and had to do CPR so he couldn't continue the procedure, he probably didn't know what he was doing) Dr. Kahlon didn't have any problems with her anesthesia thankfully! He was able to do the procedure. Both my dogs have been treated by him and both are doing well and fully recovered :) ps. The rest of the staff was awesome except front office girl daisy wasn't the best...

Took my dog twice over 2 years! Misdiagnosed both times! Gave her ibuprofen for dogs, charged $35, and told me she may have a liver problem? The ibuprofen almost killed her last night! Charged me almost $600 for 2 x-rays and blood work which he said was fine? I was there 3 hours and had an appt. He wanted to do an MRI and more blood work? I'll never go back! My dog was so sick vomiting all night I thought I was going to loose her! What Dr gives Asprin to a dog with liver problems? ????

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!! The staff is horrible and rude! We switched to evergreen animal clinic and they are 100% better. We love the groomer Susan but can’t stand the vet staff. Hate this place and will never bring our pups back for vet visits and you shouldn’t either.

They always see us on time, there is no long wait with a bunch of hysterical dogs and cats. The place is very clean and the young doctor is more than up to date on care. No weird treatments from the good old days, a growth removal on the white dog is scheduled to be removed in the same manner as the dermatologist does for me. A nice clean, serene and peaceful atmosphere with no rushing me through. I had two pets, a dog and a cat on the last last visit, they were helpful in helping me handle them..

my rott can be a handful hates the vet but they know how to handle the situation and love him, highly recommend

WARNING!!!! THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH YOUR BUSINESS AND DOEA NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR BELOVED PET (FAMILY MEMBER) I recently lost my best Pal my Marley boy, my Big guy. He was only 11 years young. To get to the point I had taken him to All Valley Pet Hospital to have him cremated and chose to have a private creamation so I can have his remains. Well, when I went to pick his remains up I was told they made a "MISTAKE" They said, "We accidentally pressed the wrong button, and Marley's ashes had been spread already with other pets" I never ever write reviews but this right here is damn right wrong. I'm not going to get into emotions but beware I would hate for this to happen to anybody else furry family member.

I had to put down my elderly dog today. The staff was very understanding and helped us go at our own pace to say goodbye to our little man. I appreciate the two stage process that they use now, knocking your pet out before administering the lethal dose. Less trauma to the animal. Communal ashes are sent to vineyards, which I guess gives wine hints of dog? All valley has everything you need to keep a pet healthy and happy, from first vaccinations to end of life options. Even the seperate grooming business there is top notch. I've never had any complaints. At any rate, my pet's suffering is over. Rest in peace, my friend. And thank you, All Valley.

Dr. Kahlon listens to your concerns, orders appropriate tests and has been 100% spot on with all his diagnosis' with both my cats and dogs. Willing to work with you about treatments etc.. There will never be another Dr. Vale but he is darn close.

Always been great with my dog though he is considered aggressive towards vets. They have diagnostic capabilities on site.
