That's FETCH! Santa Maria, California

As a former employee I cannot say enough kind words about this shop and the owners and employees. Not only a fantastic place to work but I would 100% not take my own animals anywhere else. They made me feel like family in the time I worked there and even more so after I had to leave. I know from an inside view the care and love given to every dog and cat that comes in.

Great service, and friendly staff. There was an employee (Alycia) who had our food ready and double checked our order to make sure our order wS complete.

My dog was happy, looked gorgeous and they were able to get him in earlier. Great service!

Store closes at 5. Was walking in to get my dog treats she saw me about to open the door and locked it infront of my face in the most rude way. Do NOT recommend.

I waited 3 weeks for my puppy's appointment. When I called to schedule, they asked for my puppy's info as well as mine. They informed me they had a puppy special for puppies under 5 months, which is what I scheduled. I showed up today to his appointment, and the lady that helped me called his vet and said they didn't recommend I kept today's appt because my puppy hasn't had all his vaccines. The lady that helped me was very sweet but it was an ordeal all day for me and my puppy trying to get to this appointment (scheduling my lunch as close to his appt as possible and even had to leave my puppy alone in the car x 30 minutes). I am disappointed that whoever made my appointment did not take the time to ask about my puppy and his vaccines nor their recommendations for puppies who have not had a full set of vaccines :( they clearly knew my puppy was under 5 months otherwise they wouldn't have offered me the puppy special.

A groomer at That’s Fetch shaved too close and cut my Knox. No one said a thing when I noticed him scratching days after because it was scabbing up the owner called me a liar and left it at that . I expected a refund of some sort or accommodation as I have been a patron forever. I am so disappointed in this new groomer she has that did not say a thing when she hit my baby!

Wonderful Girls That love the pets they groom !!

We take our beloved shitz tzu's Sara & Baby here & the ladies take such tender loving care of both of our babies. I'd recommend Thats FETCH to anyone that needs a pet groomer! They'll treat your baby just like he/she is part of their family!!

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I took my puppy here to get groomed after her having a horrible experience at PetCo and they were great she came out looking adorable, and they were very good at making her comfortable and calm. Not to mention they were so fast! WILL NEVER USE A DIFFERENT GROOMER! I love them!

I went there to check out the place for the first time and as I looked around with my puppy I eventually decided to make an appointment to have him groomed. However, I find it questionable that everything is happening behind a door. I would have appreciated some photos of what the area looks like where my puppy would be spending his time. The website does not show me anything nor does it have photos of the staff and I understand this place offers higher quality care but there is no transparent proof of this. I don’t see what the environment looks like. It’s really disconcerting. I also asked what were the most popular treats (baked treats) and bought the cookies that were pointed out. They were very hard and my pups had a hard time ingesting them as well as trying to chew them down. I should have asked when they were made and I should have also asked if a quick tour behind the door was possible. I think it would be great if clients are able to see and maybe even smell these products being used on our dogs so that the business doesn’t look deterring.

All those is shop is very small has a lot of items in there more than I would expect under one roof. there personality is very charming and polite and answers all kinds of questions it's very friendly and great place to have your dog groomed also has the highest quality in dog food products as well as cats as well as rabbits sincerely Rob

First time walking in there and the lady behind the counter (I believe was the owner) was super nice and helpful. She made a pupacino for my 16 week old Aussie and my baby loved it! She even gave us a little extra to take home and a sample of a healthier food option for my puppy! Will be going there soon for my husky to get groomed!

I came here with my mother in law and my daughter we brought our dogs so they could have lunch. We heard that there was doggie fondu here and yummy healthy pet friendly meals. Our dogs loved the food and they had plenty of cute acessories for our dogs. To high quality food and treats. A bit pricey but worth it .

My miniature dachshund behavior was different right after he was picked up from here. He would only move certain ways...day or two later he yelped everytime I would touch the right side of his neck. Took him to the Vet and was told he has soft tissue damage. This place said nothing happened their.

My cousin Mattie and I went to this place for the first time today. We usually don't like to get our haircut and make a big fuss but we really liked Miss Collette and Miss Melissa so we decided to be good. Mom says we looked beautiful and this was the best haircut we ever had! She said we are definitely going here next time. Desi Davis

Sierra, my Husky, loves coming to That’s Fetch and being pampered at Spa Fetch, although she does love to be rather vocal... but what Husky isn’t? She is always beautiful after her special time with Collette. She loves the special treats she receives after too.
