Adobe Equine has been my vet for my horses over 3 years. They are outstanding and the vets are one of a kind. Thank you for all ya'll do for my horses.

Let me just start off by stating that I absolutely love Maddie Turner and Chuck Kessinger ! They have been amazing ???? how ever the office staff is absolutely intolerable!! This has been a ongoing problem which makes it very difficult for me to make appointments or ask questions about anything. The best thing you can have for your business is a kind and professional front office personnel, which is not my experience with the office personnel ????

Grateful for this team and the kind care that they have provided for my horses. No one wants to receive that colic call at 11pm but they have been met with excellent service and helpful demeanor.

I had been referred to Dr. Chuck. The woman/young lady is absolute rude!! She said oh you want Dr. (and said his last name), I said well I was referred to Dr. Chuck is that the same Dr.? I asked her how do you spell the Dr. name you just said? She said told me your going to have to use your VET, and HUNG UP THE PHONE!!@!! I was like in shock... REALLY!!! I called back and no answer. I Called again no answer ..She need to be talked to about customer service!

Dr. Maddie Turner was right on time, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and competent. She took the time to answer all my questions and I never felt she was rushing to get to her next stop. I look forward to a long working relationship with Adobe Equine Veterinary Service.

Let me start by saying that Chuck Kessinger is the BEST vet and I really wish I could keep him! I did not want to give a SINGLE star but unfortunately the website will not let me post without selecting one star. My name is Charlotte Wiles and I have been a client of Chuck Kessinger's for over 25 years! He is WONDERFUL and I would like to continue to be a client of Chuck Kessinger's however the office staff is completely intolerable!! It is unfortunate that Chuck will be losing customer's over the TERRIBLE customer service. This has been an issue on and off over the time I have been a customer however it has now gotten completely out of control!! The office staff (or one in particular) is completely unprofessional! The office staff takes weeks to get in contact with you, when I ask that they please call my cell NOT my home they call my home! Usually no one picks up the phone at this office. They may pick up 1 out of 25-30 calls, believe me I have tried calling OVER AND OVER AGAIN, day in and day out!!! Don't bother leaving a message because it will not prompt this receptionist to call you back. It is pretty clear that she could care less if you have an injured horse, this is validated by hanging up on you, not returning calls, taking weeks to call you, talking over you, etc. The receptionist will not stop to listen to you, she will only talk over you and as of today when I asked if she would please listen to me she in turn hung up on me!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! I have addressed this issue with Maddie but still does not seem to be taken care of. I did tell Maddie that if it continued I could no longer deal with this and I would go elsewhere. As you can see same problems, nothing has gotten better in fact it has only gotten worse. This is the second time she has hung up on me in the last few months and I am DONE dealing with this woman. I hope you do something about her before losing more of your customers. Maybe one lifelong customer is not important for you to lose but it may be a concern if you continue to lose further lifelong customers. I have over the last 25 years referred numerous people to Chuck however I will no longer refer him to anyone because I would NEVER want to subject them to this woman's unprofessionalism!!! My suggestion would be to FIRE her immediately so you may continue to keep your customers.
