Sweetwater Veterinary Clinic Santa Clarita, California

The vets at Sweetwater Veterinary Clinic have been caring for my dogs and horses for over 15 years. I trust them implicitly to give my animals the best possible care. They are extremely knowledgeable and have state of the art equipment. They answer any questions I may have in a timely fashion, and everyone in the office is personable and kind. They do ranch calls for horses and are able to do exrays and other tests on site. In short, I can't say enough good things about Sweetwater Veterinary Clinic!

Dr. Williams has been my vet for over 20 years, both horses, cows and dogs. When i need him because of a sick animal his staff is staff is compassionate and caring, and he is available immediately to care for them. I feel he is the best vet in the area!

My Casey got bit or stung by something, and his head was so swollen it affected his eye! Worried mom, dad and aussie brother were so relieved when Sweetwater got him right in and Dr Sosa told us he was getting a couple of shots and would be fine. Sweetwater Vet to the rescue again! Thanks to everyone there!

Dr.Williams is a great doctor.. Also, a good friend.. My babies are safe with him..

This place is definitely out of the way, but the staff and Vets are just amazing with my fur babies. The vets also take the time to talk to me and instruct me on everything this that they preformed and what I need to do. They all really care about the well being of both the fur babies and the owners.

I like these guys, they seem to do a good job with my dog.

New to the area and our first visit. Hope was a jewel and the Dr was also great. Both communicated well and our dogs came out happy!

Doctor Sosa was amazing with our cat! She took the time to explain everything to me and even though I don't like that they don't let you in yet because of covid I felt safe and comfortable giving her to them. I had to take two stars off because most of the times I call the assistants are not nice and seem annoyed. I was lucky the other day to get a nice one (Victoria) but not today. It has happened to me and my neighbor several times. It's like they are not happy working there. Also, my cat's medicine was supposed to be ready today but I called at 2pm an they had forgotten and she said it will take an hour to get it ready.... Not what you want when your cat is sick. Antibiotics were finally ready and they charged us $59 for 10ml of clavamox when online it's $28 for 15ml. I wish I could give different stars for each person that works there, because Dr. Sosa deserves ten and some assistants a zero.

This place is the most uncaring, unloving, unwilling to help, most money hungry place I’ve ever experience in all 25+ years of owning animals across several states and many cities. I would never recommended going here to my worst enemy.

I took my two dogs there for ear infections. The staff was very pleasant and professional. They were very patient since my boys don't get out much and were very shy.

I have been coming to Sweetwater Veterinary Clinic for many years now. Everyone is so caring and listens to my concerns about my dogs. Although I have seen all of the doctors there and trust any of them, I have a special place in my heart for Dr Seeley. She really goes above and beyond and has such a caring heart. The office staff is wonderful as well and they are very thorough.

We've been using Sweetwater for well over 20 years. The drive from our home in Newhall is worth it as they are first rate. Kind, knowledgeable, and take their time to answer your questions. It was time for our beloved Springer and they arraigned for a Vet and tech to come to our home and put our best friend to rest. One of the hardest thing to do, but doing it in the comfort of our home, it was a very peaceful process. I can't thank them enough and would never consider any other Vet other than Sweetwater. Thank you Sweetwater.

The vets at Sweetwater take care of both my dog and my horse. I always get AAA service from the doctors to the front office staff - and i 've been to a lot of different vets in the Santa Clarita area over the years. Dr. Seeley and Dr, Sosa get top marks in my book!

We are a rescue, and Sweetwater has always been quick to get us in - esp for skin issues with our Goldens/Labs - and was thorough and fair. Most important, they're sensitive to our scared rescue dogs, and that make a big difference.

Sweetwater Veterinary Clinic owned by Dr. Mark has been apart of our family for years! Dr Mark, Dr. Conn, Dr. Cate are excellent Vets, and the entire staff has cared for our fur babies for years! Our cats, our dogs, and our large fur babies, our horses have all been patients. Also, the entire staff is professional, friendly, and so fabulous with our animals. They are kind folks!

Met Dr Sosa when we needed a late night emergency visit for one of our goats. Quick to respond, very thorough and kind during the visit and oh so knowledgeable. Our boys will only be seeing them from now on! Couldn’t have been happier with their care.

My appointment was at 4:10 I sat in my car in 100 degree heat until 4:55 not pleased with that

Great service! We’re exporting our horses and cats to the U.K. The paperwork is complex and the staff double checked everything to ensure it was accurate. Brilliant!!!

Dr.Mark has been the savior for my 25 year old Palamino Mare,Kali! He came up with the perfect solution abs medications that saved her life! I had 2 other vets that did not have the knowledge we needed. He is also a very nice man!

Dr. Sosa DVM, takes the time to look at every horse and evaluate what their current health situation is and try to get ahead of any situations that may be creeping up. She has a great assistant with her so they make a great team. Ranch visit fee as well worth it because once she arrives at our property she can see various horses during the same visit. She is punctual and professional and has a great demeanor and is easy to talk to. Funny too. Thumbs up. We highly recommend her. #3ColtsRanch

My daughter uses this vet and her dogs love going there. I took are last poodle there and they were very kind to him he was 15 and had a bad heart. He passed away at around 16. We have two new dog’s and since we moved up here we will continue to use this Vet. They got a checkup and they were very good with our pups! I hope if you need a veterinarian you will go to Sweetwater!!!

We had Dr Williams come to our ranch for a well check and blood work. He and his assistant Amanda were through and efficient. I think our horse's favorite part was the treat after the blood draw. Dr Williams called the next day to give me the results of the blood work. Couldn't have been any easier!

I have taken all of my pups to Sweetwater since 2010 and have always felt they were given the very best care. Each dog has had his or her own different issues so the wide variety of knowledge of the doctors has been able to cover all the pups. I have never had to wait long for a follow up for an appointment nor have I ever been denied a lovely follow up call by a qualified and friendly, caring doctor. Goofy, Cheyenne, Houdini and Baby Rae (aka the Duck) all thank you, Sweetwater Vets!

I have always received excellent care from Dr Williams . He listens to owners and their concerns. He is knowledgeable in his diagnosis and treatment. His "bedside manner" with my horses has always been gentle and empathetic.

Dr Mark Williams became our horses vet when he came out in the dark in the evening after I'd had my Destined for a little more than a month. Destined had had a discussion with the feed door in the barn wall which resulted in a cut on his hind leg which required stitches. This was 19 years ago now. A year or so later Dr Mark also became our dog & cat vet after my small pet veterinarian almost killed one of our cats. Now my primary veterinarian is always Dr. Mark Williams. I can't rave enough about Dr Mark's dedication to our pets. He knows them well by name and he has my full trust, and believe me, that's not easily given when it comes to our pets. I'm not easily pleased when it comes to our pets. I also use Dr. Conn at the office & home if I can't get Dr. Mark. But my first choice is always Dr. Mark, as I call him. He's wonderful assistant in the field is Amanda who's also great. How do our pets like their vet..... Well lets put it like this - - Dr. Mark & Amanda show up at the house & they're immediately bombarded by dogs & horses. Neither dogs nor horses will leave them alone. They're very popular, even though horse cookies are a great incentive. Hugs & scratches work very well on both horses & dogs as well. As for the facilities in Agua Dulce they're great. All personnel dedicated to the best of our pets. I mostly see Dr. Mark at our house with the horses at home and the mobile "facilities" are also state of the art. So, Dr. Mark's number 1 in our book & when I tell him so, Dr. Mark always humbly answers..... "I try" and in my book he succeeds.

My puppy was limping and no vet had appointment but then . They were so nice . Vet came out to talk to me about my dog and I got a report of the exam. So worth the drive. I think I found my new vet .

Sweetwater Vet has always provided quality, timely care for the maintenance and emergencies of our horses, cats, and dogs. The vets and the Animal Health Technicians are personable and knowledgeable. Plus, they meet the exacting standards of my mare, who is putty in their hands. Dr Williams, along with AHT Amanda, just recently headed off a colic in my gelding. This veterinary practice is a blessing.
