Handled my senior moody poodle so well! Easy to make an appointment, and friendly staff listened to me explain his history. He came out professionally groomed and they said we are welcomed back. Which made us so happy to find a groomer in SCV that can finally handle him. So happy with this place and will definitely be returning !

I would give there dog groomer a 4.. I am very happy with the bath and brush!! But, I asked for a clip on the back side. I guess they were too busy, thankfully I did not get charged for it. He looks beautiful though. Thank you!! Reason for the 3- I was disappointed by the poor customer service. Really rough

Pets always come out clean but also always come out with razor burn on their belly and nails trimmed way too short. I’ve taken my dogs there a hand full of times now and very slowly it seems to be getting worse. They’re nice people, but you can tell they’re kinda getting sloppy and just pushing animals through ???? They’re very busy people, so if you have an anxious dog this isn’t the place for them. Very loud and fast paced from what I’ve seen.

Edna, owner of Precious Pets in Saugus has retired. She was the best and so deserves retirement! I will miss her dearly after 15 years. :( Unfortunately, new owner is not interested in keeping clients. Just brought my 10 lb cockapoo to have him shaved just under his tail since his BM's were starting to stick to his hair. He charged me $10 for 2 minutes of time. I always have my dog shaved and last time was 2 months ago and they left his tail fluffier then usual. I would be happy to give the groomer $5 for her time but was surprised when he charged me $10. No thanks. Groomers are terrific and I will miss them.

Paws down, the best groomers in Santa Clarita. I've taken my Westie here for years. I frequently give different cut instructions to the groomers as the seasons change, and my dog looks great every time. I've tried several other places and my dog always resisted when we returned. Every time we go to Precious Pets my dog is excited to go in. They really seem to care, and it shows. I give PRECIOUS PETS 5 tail wags!

My dog had a deep two inch cut on her ear. The grooming/cut was terrible, ears were still very dirty.... And then, the next person's dog looked terrific. Very hit or miss.

I won't go back to Precious Pets. I have tried them twice now because they are close to my house. Both times, my dog' cut was uneven and this last time there was cotton left in his ears and I didn't know until 3 days later because he kept shaking his head. I'm going back to Dogs Etc for sure!

Friendly staff. They did a great job on my dog. She was very passed due on a grooming from a bad experience at another place. Precious pets definitely exceeded my expectations.

Drop you're dog off between noon and 1:00 and hope it's done by 4:00.

Simply, the best. Period!!! Any questions? Didn't think so. Your furry friend will show you.
