If your dogs are senior dogs and on medication, look elsewhere. The first time I boarded my boys there, I wrote up a schedule for there medication. I left just enough medication for their stay. When I picked them up, there was medication left over. I was told by the owner, "Your instructions were confusing." I didn't want to argue with her, but I thought to myself, "If it was confusing the way I wrote out the instructions, then why not ask me to clarify before I drive away?" I gave her the benefit of the doubt and dropped off my pups a month later. This time I asked her to write down the medication in a way she would understand. I explained they had already taken their morning medication, and left just enough for their stay. When we returned two days later, my daughter picked them up. When we got home, I went through the bag containing their medications, leashes, etc. It was then that I discovered both of my senior dogs had missed two doses of their seizure medications and two doses of their liver disease medication. My heart was broken. Who knows if my senior dog had a seizure under her care due to the lack of required medication. I tried to give her the benefit of a second chance, but I won't be back. I'd also like to add the way she shut down her employee during the check in. She was speaking with me about the dogs and the owner shushed her. WTH? It's not employee boot camp. Let them interact with your customers...

The best kennel! It is super clean and the staff really pays attention to the animals. It is extremely affordable and I never worry about my pet when we go away. My dog comes home the same way we left him - happy! I tell all of our friends and everyone at the dog park to check them out.

It's a great kennel. They have a wonderful, accomodating staff who clearly care about the animals there. I have used them for years, & have recommended them to both friends and family.

My dogs first time in a kennel and she loved. Staff was amazing. They really helped me out and had my back in watching my dog. She loved it there

This is the second time that I had bought my dogs here. Upon checking in this time, I was being helped by a young lady. When I was filling out the paperwork, Lyn interrupted us and wanted me to provide them with the original certificate of my dogs rabies vaccinations. These were not questioned the first time. They also have all of my dogs updated vaccination records even the rabies. The other staff was willing to call our vet in my behalf (since I needed leave to catch a flight), but Lyn insisted for me to stay until they get the certification. She even stated that if I cannot wait then to take my dogs somewhere else. She was rude, yelling at me and very unprofessional. When I found out that she will be the one also taking care of the dogs, then the more I dont want to leave them in her care. If she is treating me with this kind of attitude, then I'm afraid on how my dogs will be treated (when they can speak). O challenge the owner of this kennel to look T the video in the office and see how rude Lynn.to the. Customer...

The best boarding facility, clean professional staff.

I have been going here for 20yrs and still love it. I had two dogs in the past, I would leave here when I vacation and now I have a dog and a cat. All my pets are happy when I turn into the blue gate. I am grateful to have someone who I can trust with my fur babies.

Staff is very nice to work with and make you feel good about leaving your pet with them. Property is well maintained, secured and organized. Have used them multiple times and have had a great experience every time.

I CALLEDTO BOOK A BOARDING APPOINTMENT. I SPOKE WITH TAMMY WHO IS VERY RUDE. I INQUIRED AS TO THE PRICING AND HOURS AND SHE SAID IT DEPENDEDON SIZE AND I GAVE HER THE SIZES/WEIGHT. WHEN I ASKED HOW MUCH SHE PROCEEDED TO KEEP TALKING AND ASKING ME FOR INFORMATION SO I GAVE HER THE INFORMATION AND DATES. DURING THE CONVERSATION, SHE ASKED THE SPELLING OF MY DOGS NAMES AND WHEN I TOLD HER SHE REPEATED ONE DOG'S NAME AND I RE-SPELLED IT AS SHE SAID IT INCORRECTLY. SHE WAS VERY SARCASTIC AND SAID "THAT IS WHAT I SAID" SHE SAID THIS TWICE TO ME WHILE GATHERING INFORMATION AND IF SHE HAD SAID IT CORRECTLY, I WOULD NOT HAVE RE-SPELLED THE NAMES. FINALLY, WHEN SHE SAID IT AGAIN, I TOLD HER THAT SHE DID NOT SAY THAT AND THAT IS WHY I AM RE-SPELLING IT". SHE HAD AN OVERALL RUDE ATTITUDE. IF THE PERSONNEL IS LIKE THIS, NO TELLING HOW T HEY TALK OR TREAT YOUR DOGS (AND YOU WILL NEVER KNOW BEING THAT THERE ARE NO CAMERAS AND YOU ARE NOT ON SITE TO SEE). I BOOKED BUT AFTER SPEAKING WITH ANOTHER KENNEL, I CALLED BACK AND CANCELLED. SHE SEEMED SURPRISED....GO FIGURE!!!!

Canine Country Club has an excellent facility! They have plenty of room for pets to play and have fun and the staff is very friendly. This kennel has a hometown feel to it, which makes it seem more like you are sending your pets to a relatives home, instead of a kennel. It is located in the beautiful countryside with plenty of fresh air, but also has a lovely indoor facility, as well. I would highly recommend Canine Country Club if you are planning a vacation or other events and need someone trustworthy to help take care of your pets!

Friendly, helpful.... everyone I know who has boarded their pets at Canine Country Club has been thrilled..... they've exceeded expectations..... I highly recommend them.
