As always Pinnacle, and specifically tonight, Dr. Andrietti, Christina and Taylor took such loving care of my dog who was playing too hard and too fast resulting in a thumb size deep gash to his ribs needing immediate medical attention. Squeezed us in for a walk-in appt for a 4 staple closure to my pup's wound, in and out within an hour and my boy is already on his way to feeling better ♥️ from all our rescue animals with Tails and Scales Animal Rescue to my personal, I always know I can trust Pinnacle to take care of my fur babies. Thank you all ♥️

Was turned away twice, 1st day by saying that they could give me phone # to other Vets In the area & 2nd day by saying that they were fully booked till end of the month. I then went across the street at Tags Veterinary and was able to Walk in for service and receive medicine for our ????, Thanks to them she's great now.

I have been coming to Pinnacle since August of 2018. I own the sweetest Great Dane in the world! People think Great Danes are often mean but they are honestly the biggest sissies in the world. Therefore, they are afraid of their own shadow. Which is why it is so amazing that Ankh loves coming to see his friends at Pinnacle! The staff members are absolutely delightful and thorough. He has never shown me signs that he’s afraid to go inside or of any of the staff. Unfortunately, Ankh has many vet visits as he is allergic to almost everything under the sun. I originally came to Pinnacle Vet for Ankhs neutering (2018). He had already been 150lbs at this point in his life and the cost with the surgery and the aftercare (and a nail trim/microchipping) was less than 500$. I stuck with vets in LA because they were closer to home with other issues. However, Ankh started showing signs of food/environmental allergies. Vets in LA refused to do necessary procedures to get to the bottom of the problem. Most likely because they enjoyed the 900$+ monthly visits. I returned to Pinnacle and they quickly did the procedures necessary to get Ankh comfortable and healthy! His flare ups are now manageable to non existing. We don’t have to come in monthly anymore either. Ankh is now the happy pup I have known and love! I drive all the way from Echo Park to Santa Clarita and it is most definitely worth it for my big angel pup. I have sent many friends of mine here and they are all just as pleased. Thank you Pinnacle vets!

Kind and empathetic care from all staff. During my visit the clinical staff was thorough, explained surgical/invasive options, and preventative care for me to do at home for my senior ????

I want to share my experience so that I can hopefully prevent other pet parent's from having to go through the same thing. I understand this vet is primarily appointment based but they do say they take walk-ins. Because my pet is in relatively good health, his appointments are usually urgent based, hence why I am primarily a walk-in client. I have called multiple times to try to be a walk-in, they don't get back to you until after there doctor comes in which is usually close to noon. Then they say, sorry we can't take you, we had other walk ins at the door and we are filled up. What is the point of calling and getting on your walk in list, which I was told was really short, if you are not going to take walk ins! Moral of the story do not rely on this vet for walk-ins. Very inconveniencing because now I've lost all that time, waiting for them when my fur baby could have already been seen by another vet.

I took my bulldog here to get a cherry eye removal. Very friendly staff and doctors. The staff called me every few hours just to give me a check up on my dog. Their hospitality is remarkable! They are now offically my cat's normal vet as well.

I have been going here for about 2 years now. Service was always great until the past few months. I paid for some blood work for my 9 year old pomeranian mix. We paid for the senior panel since my fur baby is considered a senior dog now. I had to call 3 times for the results. I was told that the doctor would call me to review the results. Never received a call. All I received was an email stating everything looks good and contact me if you have questions. A PDF copy of results was attached, which was about 4 pages long. I am not a veterinarian. I can not figure out what those 4 pages are stating. I'm glad my baby is good, but at least take a few minutes to call me and go over the results with me. I'm very disappointed. There's been a few other incidents, but this one was the worst. I hope you can improve your customer service.

They have so much clientele it felt like I was being rushed through a scripted process. And still I can't go back with my dog. I don't mean to be a complainer although the job they did on my dog's teeth was very poor I'll be looking for something more personal

I've been going to them for years for both my dogs and cats. They're very helpful and will clearly explain any questions asked. They clearly love the animals coming in.

Paid service not rendered. Took my cat in almost 3 weeks ago. He got an X-ray. Was told it was $140 to get a second opinion of the X-ray. To make sure my cat was ok. Two weeks go by no call. So I called the office was told Vet was on vacation and would call me back as soon as possible. Today I called because none had returned my call. Almost 3 weeks since the X-ray. Got sent a picture of the X-ray and was told a technician will call me back. So how do I get a refund???

I have mixed feelings bout this place. Sometimes they seem really great, like squeezing my dog in to treat a broken dew claw. And other times not so great in regards to communication/ misunderstandings and response back times for lab tests. I cant wait for in office visits again where some of these issues might be rectified. I will update again in the future

They are compassionate and thorough. We used Pinnacle because our primary vet was booked for 2wks out. We will definitely bring our boys here in the future.

I brought my 1 yr old beagle to a 5pm appointment for a check-up and his vaccinations. At 7:35 he had still not been seen but was sitting in a cage. They did not have the professional courtesy to call me with an update, nor did they answer their phone when I called. I finally got their attention through the window and told them to bring me my dog. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this vet.

Very compassionate staff. Unlike numerous other Vets I have been to, they weren't pushy in trying to get a barrage of unnecessary tests, x-rays and other exams. They only ran the lab work needed and were honest with me on their diagnosis and treatments. They have my business and recommendations. I will continue bringing my old girl there.
