Paws Stay and Play Santa Clarita, California

Paws Stay and Play made me very comfortable and happy the whole time my dog Peaky was there.. They were very professional and kept me up to date the whole week he was there even sending pictures and updating me when they were feeding him!! I will definitely be returning for the service again ! Peaky had so much fun! Thank you Paws Stay and Play very much!!!

We are new to the Santa Clarita valley and just used Paws Stay and Play for the first time and they far exceeded any expectations. I was nervous because we have a big dog (90 lbs) and wanted to make sure he would get enough attention/supervision while we were away for 11 days. We paid for him to stay in a Presidential Suite and it was definitely worth the extra money. Naomie and Lars were frequently in contact with me via text and even FaceTimed me so I could see my dog while we were away (we were also able to check in on him through the cameras anytime we wanted). When our dog was in the play area with other dogs, there weren't too many packed in there (it was the perfect amount) and they were always supervised. Whenever Naomie or Lars were on their phones, it was because they were sending me photos/videos. I cannot recommend this place enough -- I haven't been able to find anything close to it in the SCV. They are attentive, professional, very clean (they request vaccination records for every dog before they can enter), and treat the dogs exceptionally well. It's a smaller doggy daycare so they always have enough people to pay attention to the dogs. If you're looking for a doggy daycare or somewhere to board your dog, I highly recommend Paws Stay and Play (trust me, I did research for weeks before we ended up choosing them as well as doing two walk throughs).

It our first time leaving our little Benji for boarding but i’m so happy we found Paws Stay and Play!! Benji had so much fun during his stay and got to play with other pups. I also love that you can check on your little fur balls 24/7 with their webcams. They treat your baby’s like their own and also make sure they are enjoying their stay. 100% recommend Paws Stay and Play and definitely will leave Benji here again !!

I was looking to get information on boarding ( first time ever) and i was so nervous and skeptical on who to choose for my fur baby to stay with. I decided to call paws and stay just to get information and right off the bat the women that answered rudely told me that she was booked for the weekend. I said thank you anyways and she went on to grunt as if i was wasting her time and hung up on me. I am so glad they were booked because i could only imagine how bad they would have treated my dog should she have stayed here. I consider my dog as family and was very much disgusted on how her service was by just asking a simple question. Please be cautious.

We highly recommend Paws Stay and Play for daycare or boarding. Due to moving we had to leave our older dog for three weeks. Paws Stay and Play was recommended by the vet and was more than worth the slightly higher daily rate of other kennels. The staff were kind, professional and kept our pup out of his sleeping quarters whenever possible. We were able to see him on our Iphones due to the cameras that are in every “public” room and each morning Naomi would text me about how and what he was doing. She and nighttime attendant also texted pictures and short videos. My husband and I had much to be concerned about with moving but Paws Stay and Play took one big worry off our minds. Do your pet a favor and use them for daycare or overnight boarding. I am only sorry that we now live too far to be able to use their services if needed. We searched so many places to leave our puppy including far out to even the Valley area and decided to finally trust and leave him for boarding at Paws Stay and Play. My wife and I were so glad and amazed at the care and love they put in for our puppy while we left for a week. The best part of this place is that you can see your dog through a mobile app 24/7! They keep the place very clean and safe and we couldn't be happier! We will definitely come back for our Saint to board if needed! Thank you!!!

We planned a last minute Spring Break trip and had to quickly find boarding for our sweet Husky/Shepherd mix, Coltrane. Made an appoint with the owner, Roya, to see the facility. She took lots of time with us as we had never boarded a pet before .You could immediatley tell that she truly cares about pets and cares about her business. The kennel and play areas were tidy and immaculate. We booked a junior kennel to give our pet room to roam. Roya, was very thorough with paperwork making sure all shots up to date. I appreaciate that level of detail. The winner for us was the 24/7 live web camera access to the kennels and play area!! This was great! We watched him playing, sleeping and getting ear scratches from staff! They even texted me photos! Goli, one of the amazing staff, is a trainer. So when I picked up my pet she was very generous with her dog training advice and methods she used for our pet. What a wonderful opportunity for Coltrane to have some training while he was boarded! This place is five stars and more!

Love this place!!! My dog had separation anxiety and Roya and her staff work effectively with my dog .. now he loves to go and spend time with them. Highly recommend the day care and boarding!!!

This was our second experience with Paws, and we left our Kobe for 3 days this time. Picked her up today and she was happy, fed, and well taken care of! Love that I can setup her kennel how I want it to look, I can leave toys, her bed, and even treats to get throughout her time there. Thank you Roya and Paws!
