Wonderful. We were so worried when we moved to find a place our German Shepherd was happy to go into. He loves it. Wagging tail full bum going when he sees the team there, we are so happy he is happy that's what it's all about.

This is a great doggie boarding and daycare spot. They remember your dog. They are always super friendly. My dog comes home completely played out. They know how to handle dogs and I always felt my dog was very well taken care of. Bring your dog to Ohana for a great dog experience!

My puppy Zoe loves coming here. She runs up to the door after jumping out of the car and can’t stop wagging her tail when she sees Paige. Paige has been so accommodating to me because of my weird work hours. I am an operating room nurse at Stanford and I’m comforted knowing that Zoe is well cared for while I’m working or away.

My baby loves to go here. He gets really excited as we get near and races out of the car when we get there. The staff are very friendly. I just wish they had internet access so I could watch him play.

I've used Ohana for overnight boarding on multiple occasions, and my dog loves it. My dog is on the shy and nervous side, but whenever we come pick him up I can tell he is completely relaxed and happy. We call it his doggy summer camp!

This is our second time taking our now 13 year old Jack Russell mix. She's deaf and has a bad leg so they were able to keep her in the front desk lobby area with all the other older dogs. She stayed for 4 days while we went to a wedding in Vegas. The gentleman who checked her in was helpful and eased any concern I had about our dog not getting along with the other dogs. He must know Cesar Milan or something because he knew how to introduce her to all the other dogs without there being so much as a growl from our grumpy old gal! This mother and son run company is our go-to place.

My two puppies starting going here as soon as they had all their vaccines, and they LOVE it. Staff are wonderful and always give you an update on what your pups have been up to. They've been for daycare and for boarding! Drop off is super easy, and you always get back happy tired dogs!

Love bringing my pupp here! He loves the other dogs too! Everytime we get around the corner he goes crazy because he knows he going to play.

My dog got really sick here on 2 different occasions. Had to spend close to 1500 dollars on medical bills. Have not had that issue at any other place I take her to. My name is Mitchell W. Dog is Snooky. My wife did contact you based on the ER vets advice and we didn’t hear anything back. Baloney response. YOUR BASICALLY SAYING I FORCED YOU TO WATCH MY DOG AND I NEW SHE WAS GOING TO GET SICK. YOUR A LIAR. If proper decontamination/vaccination procedures where in place this would have never been a issue. You stated that day a few of the big dogs may have been sick (no confirmation of flu you where stating a news story circulating around the Bay Area that the flu was seen by a few vets) so there was a low chance she could have been exposed. You make it seem like I just dropped her off knowing she was going to get sick. BS I wouldn’t have done that. If your place was under quarantine then why allow any dogs in until the place was clean? If my dog wasn’t following your vaccine procedures then why let her in? You made the comment that this is the first we are hearing about it then backtrack and say you remember clearly. Your twisting things to avoid taking any responsibility. You took the risk of letting my dog get sick to make a buck. This also only explains the second time she got sick not the first. First time she came down with kennel cough and was sick for 3 weeks. Bottom line is this place is dirty and she has never had any issues at any other place she has gone to. FACTS ARE SIMPLE NO DECON/VACCINE PROCEDURES AND LETTING MY DOG IN A CONTAMINATED ENVIRONMENT LED MY DOG TO GETTING SICK FOR A MONTH AND COST ME 1500 DOLLARS SO YOU COULD MAKE A LITTLE MONEY. Blaming your customer for the issue you caused. Pretending you hope my dog is better. Well you only wrote that after the bad review not when you got the call. Unbelievable SLIMY business. Will never come back. Again distorting the truth, avoiding any responsibility. YOU ARE A LIAR. I had to spend a month at home taking care of my dog because of your negligence.

Good Peeps!!! You ain't gonna find this quality anywhere else in the South Bay

We have been bringing our new adopted dog Magic to daycare almost every week. She has become more dog socialize due to meeting other dogs at the kennel. The owner and the staff are very friendly. We are glad we have found a right place to bring our dog. We are loving it!

We love Ohana so much. They’ve watched over our dog Noah multiple times and he absolutely loves it there.

Love taking my dog here he definitely houses good friends here. They definitely grow on you just like family we love seeing them and we love taking care of them also. When my dog comes here he gets so excited to get out of the car and get in there and play with his friends.

They take very good care of your dogs. It's a little expensive but definitely cheaper than other options here in San Jose
