Very bad experience dealing with employees at cooperhaus.

Rather use alternatives near you. They do not value customers and fail to show respect and care for pet. Do not go to this location under any circumstances.

Dexter and team are amazing trainers. Highly recommended. Their ability to help children be trainers far exceeded our expectations

Knowledgeable, professionals, amazing facilities. Wether you and your dog have had 0 or some training, they will find a class that suits your needs.

I had my pup in for day care for a day and the staff there promised to send me videos and photos of my pup at the end of the day. They never sent them even after calling them the next day and reminding them. Also the food I had dropped off for my pup was not used through the entire day. Overall it wasn't a great experience for day care.

Place does a great job in training dogs. Highly recommend it.

Top notch, very very clean

Training with cooperhaus was a great experience. We booked a 1 hour session with Karina, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and clear. Every instruction and example was super clear and she made me and my family feel incredibly confident in training our dog. We came in because Luna, my dog, had some dog aggression problems. We worked through how to help Luna using a prong collar, and lots of verbal and physical encouragement. She brought in some dogs and Luna was able to be in the same room without her previous problems! It was awesome! What is important though is to remember that these lessons aren't a one time fix, trainers help teach you so you can teach your dog. Overall great experience and I look forward to working with cooperhaus in the future!

We have taken our dog here several times from a couple nights to a week. Their hours are very convenient which prevents having to leave dog in boarding for over required time, especially around holidays. He is always his normal self when we pick him up, which makes me believe they take good care of him.

Great place. People that know dogs and really care about them. Many services available. Our puppy is in a 4 week board and train program and seems to be loving it. Update: We are very grateful to have found Cooperhaus! They were highly recommended by our close friends who only trust their dogs to them. They told us that their dogs did not seem to appear stressed out when attending Cooperhaus. We really appreciate their flexible drop off daily daycare program. Our labradoodle puppy just graduated from their “board and train” program. He went from pulling the leash on walks to patiently heeling, he also sits, lays down and stays on command. It’s pretty amazing to see our little puppy behave so well. Steve and his team have been super professional. We really appreciated the frequent pics and videos of his progress. All in all, we are happy to have found a clean, well set up training/ boarding center that we can trust with our sweet puppy! (Oh and they just set up a pool, and our little guy was happy to jump in and swim). We will continue with private training since we want our puppy to be a certified therapy dog when he is older.

Not the place cooperhaus k9 I know about then the staff are Rude and don't let you explain or they are not organized sorry to say this place is not good

My first dog was trained at their Milpitas location. When I first got her, she was very shy. My second dog was more aggressive and nippy and I brought him to their San Jose location as well. Both dogs were stubborn and after attending classes at Cooperhaus, I can confidently take them out in public and know they will behave. I love the instructors at both schools. They are very knowledgeable and were great at training the dogs, but also training me to train them. Thank you!

One of the best places to go training your k9 and everyone there are like family members and friendly people. I wish that I could give them a higher rating then "5" but I would tell everyone that has a dog that needs help in training them to go to cooperhaus K9.!!!!!!

This is my 2nd dog that I have add train at this is Facility hey do a super job In training Your dog this Facility is so clean it's unbelievable you'd think you were in the hospital and that includes the kennels the training area is unbelievable... I highly respect Mr. Cooper The owners Stephen would help me bring my dog Emma and for training in the young lady that has been training Emma Thank you for everything that you've done thank you for the pictures and the videos that you kept me up on every week thank you for the phone calls highly professional.. We had 2 German Shepherd trained at Cooperhaus and it was an AWESOME experience. Sadie and Bear still remember all their training. We did the 6week boarding and training when we first got our GSD's they were only 4 months old at the time. Now my babies are 5 1/2 years old and still well behaved. Thank you Cooperhaus

Only place I'll take Elena. Prices have gone up a bit, but well worth it.

I don't know what we would do without them! Staff are the most resilient, patient, and accommodating we have seen in the bay area.

Took my dog Bentley for daycare..from the moment ww stepped in it was a good feeling. Staff was great & let me know how well he did during the stay. Would definitely recommend to others. We will be back

Absolutely horrible experience. Paid 75 dollars for my dog to be "evaluated" and was told to take a specific group course. I signed up and showed up for the course and it was clear after 5 minutes this course was not right for my dog and we left. Of course, no refund. I will never bring a dog to this place again. For their pricing, you can find better people to take your dog to instead of here.

They care. Two words. I lost a very precious dog prior to boarding at cooperhaus. I wish I had just boarded her. They are amazing. They sent me videos while i was away. I think she had more fun there than at home. Btw we also take advantage of the awesome training as well.

The best training for both the dog and more importantly the handler. Currently enrolled and making great progress.
