My puppers has major anxiety issues... I previously tried taking him to Petco and Pet Smart but they just aren't able to give Lucas the attention that he needs. I came across Madeline's when looking for a new groomer a few months ago and I am 100% satisfied! Lucas still get anxiety when I am dropping him off and he is a barker... but I know he is in good hands will receive the attention he needs to survive another day at the groomers. I always like to follow up with the groomers and ask how he did and I love how they will always take the time to let me know how he did and give me suggestions on what I can do to help make Lucas's trip to the groomers easier. I 100000% recommend this groomers to all my friends and family!

We brought our small pug to have his nails trimmed during covid19. It was the first time we had ever been there. A rude woman came out and said we could not come in. Understandable. Shortly she came out with our pug all of his feet bleeding, she was flustered and irritated saying she could not deal with and that he had passed out. We were shocked and said he's bleeding and limping. A younger girl went back in and applied medicine to the nails that were chopped above the wick. The way they treated our beloved helpless family member broke my heart for him and angered me towards Madeleine. We trusted that these women would not hurt our baby. We will never go back there again under any circumstances, and highly warn anyone else that you don't know what is happening behind their door's because your fur babies can't tell you!!!! Shame on you Madeleine

My friend’s dog was there for grooming yesterday. The poor thing was bleeding from 3 of his paws. When my friend called them back, they were cold and just said “bring him back, we will put ointment”. I saw him yesterday and blood was coming out profusely from his paws. How can you be so careless????? We have a lot of dogs in our circle and no one will ever visit this place for grooming.

Madeline's Pet Grooming was responsive to my phone call, quick to be able to explain what they would offer my 7-month old golden doodle and what it would cost. I dropped Stella off at 8 and picked her up at noon after getting a phone call to let me know she was ready and she looked great. Nice women, good service and reasonable prices!

After years and I mean years of looking for the right groomer for my precious miniature schnauzer. I'VE FINALLY FOUND HER and she's the owner of Madeline's Pet Grooming Salon in Santa Clara!!!! If you love your pet(s) as much as I love mine it's amazing to found someone you can trust to leave your baby with. I've been taking Bailey to Madeline's for several years and have always been 100% satisfied. Terri LISTENS to the type of grooming the owner wants. Small, but amazing little shop! The groomers there are so caring, they got me an appointment same day and they did a fantastic job! My dog has never been so happy after leaving the groomer. Can’t wait to come back!! Thank you Ladies!!!

Finally found a groomer and a place where I can bring my dog on a weekend and doesn’t keep her all day . I work during the week and Madeline’s was open on a Saturday I called in the morning and took me in . Lily loved it there ,Terri did a nice job on her haircut . I would recommend Terri 5 outta 5 stars ! Thanks Terri

I highly recommend Terri and Madeline's Pet Care! Terri (the owner) is a master at her craft, and truly cares about all of her clients (canine and human). As a novice dog owner, I was having difficulty with at-home maintenance routines - such as nail trimming, brushing/combing. Immediately, Terri was able to masterfully get our puppy to cooperate and give loving kisses during a facial hair trim (our puppy can see again!), getting brushed, during nail grinding, a quick body hair trim and even while her anal gland was being expressed! Terri showed us great tips on how to keep our puppy both comfortable and cooperative during our at-home puppy grooming maintenance routines, and has given us full confidence that our puppy will do great when she has her first full grooming.

Someone just called me and I cannot understand her name and what is the purpose of her call. I barely get the name Gizmo. So I called and when I informed them that Gizmo passed away, they are not sympathetic.

My friends know how much I loved my dog Kekua. He passed away a few years ago. Kekua was a Lhasa Apso / Shih Tzu. He was the most loyal dog I ever had. But he could be tough. Michelle at Madeline's would arrange a special time for me to bring Kekua for his grooming. I wore leather gloves and long sleeves to help control Kekua. I am grateful for the extra effort Madeline's put in for my challenging buddy.
