I brought my dog, Tiny, in for his teeth and an overall exam. They were kind and extremely helpful. Tiny ended up having multiple teeth removed and is back to his loving, playful self! I'm beyond greatful and would recommend your pals pet hospital to anyone with pets!

This is the first time I’m writing a review here but I felt obligated because you need to know about this establishment. Your Pals is an extremely incompetent, rude and small minded business that caused us and our dog so much harm. I don’t even mind their frustrating communication skills and lack of empathy. That can happen anywhere, anytime. But because of their wrong treatments, our dog Luca never got over his stomach issues, he had to wear a cone for 2 months straight, waiting for an operation that he really didn’t need in the first place. I have no doubt that the staff has good intentions but a bad business is toxic for everyone. I’m not expecting you to act on a couple of bad reviews but please keep this opinion in mind if your experience with Your Pals starts feeling off. Don’t fall into the same mistake that I made and expect them to understand and correct their behavior. Just go somewhere else as soon as you think something’s wrong.

Hi! They did such a great job with my kitty Byron! He had a bite on his neck and they stitched him up. The Vet even pulled two of his teeth that were fractured at no cost because I just could not afford to pay for more. The staff was super nice and helpful. They called me to check in after I got home to make sure all was OK. Great experience! It was my first time there :)

Super accommodating. They dont have overnight facility so for serious issues you get to play nurse at home. The staff is very courteous and welcoming. Issues with estimating. Over the phone I was given one estimate and when my wife went to pick up our critter the estimate doubled.

My little guy is gone now, but I will always remember My Pals Pet Hospital with fondness and deep gratitude. From the people at the front desk to Dr. Franklin herself, the staff displays a genuine sense of caring and responsibility for their customers and, more importantly, for their animal patients. We were very happy with the service and with the Dr. I would recommend this fine service to others with sick animals , the staff was polite and the technicians kind and knowledgeable . We are very pleased with the whole experience a far cry from the run of the mill vets !

Dr. Franklin and staff are always caring to both the pets and their owners. Our dogs have received great care both when crisis has occurred and also for routine shots and check-ups. I highly recommend Your Pals Pet Hospital.
