Emily is the best. I don't know why they aren't packed every day. Which is the reason I decided to write this review. I hope I can still get an appt when people realize what a gem this is.I moved to this location when Emily did. I used to go to a place in old town where she worked for 12 years. My dog is very active but doesn't like me leaving. When I drop her with Emily she has forgot who I am before I reach the door to leave. They obviously care about the animals they service.. 5 stars from "BRAT" & I

These guys did a great job. Went online and made an apt at 11am to get my dog bathed and groomed and was able to get him in at 2:50 same day. Jason is a great guy. Good energy and my dog really liked it there. Charlie Brown should be on Doggy Monthly Magazine. ????????????????????????????

I have been bringing my dogs to Jason sense he first opened. Always happy with their service. Love that he doesn’t lock them in cages. They end up with a play day.

Inconsistent. I have been going there for 2 years. I have been wanting the same haircut each time. But somehow saying “same as last time” means nothing to them. It is really amazing. Only reason I have kept going is I live right by them. One time it is just what I want. Next time it is totally different. I think this last one may be the last straw.

So far so good! We have a sealyham terrier (quite a specific groom) and he seems to love it here. Thanks For Paws! Sorry meant to post this for the State St. location!
