Very nice staff and vet. Took my dog in last minute since I couldn't find an appointment anywhere, they were very kind and snuck me into their busy schedule. Currently helping my dog with treatment. First time I've seen my dog excited to see the vet.

Didn’t like the doctor at all. I went in for the “free” checkup after adopting my dog from a rescue and was pressured into paying for a $50 bath even though he had been thoroughly bathed by me the day before. So much for the “free” checkup... I guess that’s one way to get people to pay for a visit. The dog kept barfing from the meds he was put on for kennel cough and when I called the vet, I was told it’s not possible that the meds were making him throw up. I ended up taking him to a trusted vet I had known for quite some time and that doctor said, “Absolutely, those meds can cause vomiting.” So basically, I absolutely didn’t like the doctor AT ALL and lost confidence in him after talking with my usual vet.

Every time I’ve taken my Senior Pup to Dr. Singh Diagnosis has been correct medication has been correct he’s an excellent Vet ,i’ve always left with reasonable cost/bill , The Office is Old but if he takes care of my girl I don’t care if I had to see him in a tent ! In my opinion if you’ve never been I would go see him My first visit was no charge????????

Dr Singh is a very compassionate human. They fit me in due to a terrible injury and saved my cats life without charging me my first borns life. All the techs are amazing as well. So thankful to have found a new vet who cares about the animals and their humans.

I have never found such a Veterinary who takes great pride in his work and love for his patients.

Love this place! They helped my baby girl when she was having an allergic reaction! I bring my babes here for all their needs! Dr. Singh actually cares about the animals and not the money!

No frills but gets the job done and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I like it. If you're someone who needs the gorgeous offices and all the frills, you probably won't. This is more farm vet style and I have zero issues with that!!

The 5 star is for this place who saved my cat. I was ready to put her down for the constant seizures, tremors (and her pain) after I applied the dog Pet Armor Max on this sweet cat by accident. The previous 2 days I spent $700 at VMSG/ Ventura and her conditions went down after the popular ER location treatment. My last option was Somis Vet. Hospital and this doctor saved my sweet girl!!! I have my sweet cat back without seizures or any other side effects! This is BIG for me! I really don't care right now the place conditions, but I know you can spend thousands of $$ at popular "fancy" places and your pet will not make it. Thanks again!

Dr Singh is a very caring veterinarian. Yhe place isn't the fanciest, but you get someone eho cares.

PLEASE READ: DON’T TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. I worked with him before and after the sale from the previous veterinarian. Dr. Stanman was amazing and Singh worked as a relief before his current employees knew he was a relief intending to buy. His medicine, treatment and care behind closed doors are something these “5 stars” on Yelp don’t see. He requested we wash his surgical scrubs, if he even wore them, without laundry detergent. His hygiene is alone is repulsive. The clients can be (rightfully so) concerned about cost, so he barters with them to get business. It wouldn’t surprise me if he pays Yelp to filter the good ones and offer discounted services to the clients that agree to post positive reviews on Yelp. He constantly would scare people surgery was needed immediately (when it wasn’t many times, he even said) to build up a bill. The 1 star reviews are entirely accurate. Beware if he was used for your pets spay. I’ve seen plenty that have gone into heat after his ‘spay’. Don’t trust him. I could go on a lot further. He is an insult to the veterinary community and care for patients.

Dr. Singh is one of the best vets I have ever been to. He takes care of exactly what is wrong with your animal- nothing more, no extra fees or testing-just straight forward health care for your fur baby! My cat was injured and he even kept him over night free of charge to ensure kitty’s condition was stable. Worth the trip from Moorpark! Thank you, Dr, Singh from Smokey Finn and Poduje Family

The best vet office! Dr. Singh is an amazing vet. He cares, is honest and very nice! Your pet deserves to have a good vet! Not pricey.

I adopted a dog from paw works. My dog was supposedly “spayed” here by Dr. Singh. I read the paper that they certified my dog for being spayed and I assumed she was good. 2 days later after we adopted the dog, I’m at my house and it turns out my dog is bleeding from the uterus area. Full on bleeding, droplets all over the house and carpets. Now, I took my dog to the vet again and found out that SOMIS COMPLETELY BOTCHED THE SPAY. They stitched the uterus to the bladder and after the surgery I was able to physically see myself of how infected and bad of a job this was. Dr Singh, and all of the somis staff should absolutely be ashamed of themselves for this joke of a “spay” dog to an innocent sweet puppy. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THAT IF A DOG HAS BEEN SPAY OR NEUTERED HERE, RUN!

Dr. singh is very in tune with his patients. He is very gentle and takes the time to listen to the animal owners concerns.

Wonderful experience. Dr. Singh is a kind, gentle, loving, and extremely knowledgeable and professional man. My kitty is over 14 years and was previously diagnosed with thyroid issues from another vet. I learned a considerable amount more about her condition from Dr. Singh. I am very grateful for his kindness and knowledge and will continue coming with all my animals. He was recommended by a friend and I now know why.

Very good service. Gentle and kind to the pets. Love that the exam rooms have a windowed wall so the pets can look at nature.
