Kind and experienced people here. I try to understand and be patient with the staff because they are genuine and kind. They deserve to be treated with respect. With that said, the doctor my dog saw that day was knowledgeable and tried to explain what i needed to tell her about the issue as simply as possible. I'm very detailed with my dog so it was a quick visit. Pay attention to your pet's habits and daily life. It makes a difference in the doctor's office for both them and you/your pet. The gentleman i was paired up with for a nurse was very patient with her. My dog is female and very skittish with men, but she was able to trust him with picking her up. 100/100 coming back for my check ups.

Customer Service was great the Dr J.W was very professional and helpful and very nice. The only thing it was long wait but overall the staff was amazing and great reasonable price they helped my dog and I was very satisfied with my experience

I am been here many times to drop my dog off for boarding and for shots. They have always been professional, clean, courteous and honest with their pricing. Some other places will nickel and dime you by adding extra fees. Not this place.

Love this place, my dog always hated grooming so it’s very difficult to find him a good place for grooming. Ive been coming back here for it.

I drive over 45 minutes to go to this groomers they are fantastic !!! My dog loves them and Tony is the best! He smells fantastic and the owner Tim is stepping it up and making amazing changes to an already awesome place. I would highly recommend Grand pet care, it's worth the drive the prices are perfect and affordable. I cannot say enough about this place and my dog Hudson loves it.???? A+ and yes with the last visit it was definitely 5 ????????????????????

Absolutely amazing. The staff member who did the shots for my dog and cat was probably actually a forest nymph because he had such control and gentle swift movements that kept my pets calm and oblivious to the situation. Amazing amazing would recommend all pet owners to come here

We have been here twice and love the great customer service they provide.

This Vet is down the street from me local they are never too crazy busy and we are able to get in right away for anything we need. They have had our pups since they were babies now 3yrs old. From shots, getting fixxed, dental care, emergency eye issues, and grooming. The staff are always friendly and I know they will always take care if my furrbabies with care! Pricing is moderate as taking care of our pups could be pricey but they are very reasonably priced which is also the best part! Definitely recommend Grand Pet Care!

It was my first time at this vet & also this is my first pet so I had a ton of questions. It’s a clean & beautiful vet , they have a little grass area outside that you can go with your pet to when waiting. My issue I had was the veterinarian herself, I had a bunch of questions and I felt like she was rushing me & wasn’t very attentive to the worries I had for my first time new dog. I also told her this was my very first pet so I had a couple questions. When you take your pet into the vet especially as a first time customer your expectations are high & my visit wasn’t that great. She kept trying to propose I get all these different things for my dog but when I asked her what it specifically is and what does it do she kind of brushed me off & just kept adding to my bill. I wouldn’t have minded getting any of the extra stuff done to my dog if she just showed more interest in wanting to answer my questions and gave me details on what it does but I chose to go get it done at another vet because of this experience. I would give it a one star but all the other workers like the front desk guys & the assistant to the vet were so kind & patient with me. I ended up asking all my questions to the front desk guys and they answered it but it would’ve been great for the doctor herself to answer them since she was the person I specifically paid $50.00 for the visit.

Staff was helpful and attentive. Took my dog because she was scratching nonstop and they were able to find that she had an allergic reaction. She was prescribed with some medication and stopped scratchkng that same night. Great service

This Pet Care Center has been my location for years! Dogs have been here for shots and other necessary services. This past Friday the 10th of December, the Doctor( Ms. K Caruso) and Staff went above and beyond. My Bishon Frise was attacked by a Husky on our evening walk. At 540PM my dog was attacked and we rushed to Grand Pet Center. We walked in with a bleeding dog in my arms at 5:55PM( 5 mins till Closing) and we were rushed right in! Nurse Cipriano and Doctor Caruso immediately took our dog to the surgery room, shaved and cleaned her puncture wounds and advised Us puncture wounds were non fatal. No surgery needed. Thank God. My dog was given antibiotics and pain medication all after 6PM. Thank You to the Staff this past Friday! You were all Amazing!

Quick and easy walk in for vaccines

Only place I have taken my furbabies for over 15 yrs. Great prices, staff is super friendly, place is always clean and although I have never left my furbabies overnight, I have seen many being picked up/dropped off. Pet parents seem very pleased and furbabies very content.. I have actually seen staff, with what I assume, are borders, in pet park/area at corner of parking. It is safe for a lil playtime with my furdiva and always clean as well, Always have and always will refer family and friends..

I love Grand Ave !! They got my dog in to see the doctor the same day. Infact we only had to wait a couple hrs BEC the doc was in surgery. So we left and came back. My dog had something wrong with his eye and the doctor fixed the problem. He's so much better today. !! Thanks doc !! And of coarse all the great interns and staff. CINTHIA ,TIMOTHY AND JAXX CARTER

Been going there for many years with my dogs ,been great vets and staff , took care of my dogs until they all past away of old age totaled 3 male dogs ,now l have 2 females and got all their shots there ,keep up the great work G.P.C.C. May u Rest In Peace my doggies

I have taken my pup there since day one. The whole team is easy to work with & they communicate well with us. The prices are fair & the service is appropriate. The facility is also very clean, which I keep a good eye out for. I would definitely recommend them to family & friends.

Excellent care for pets. Have taken our 100 lb German Shepherd for their spa treatment several times. They show great care n do an excellent job on him especially when he's been shedding. Will continue to take him here. .
