I received great care for my sick puppy, even though I was from out of town and a first time visitor.

My poor little puppy ZIGGY ended up getting really sick with stomach parasites and they were able to accommodate us at the last minute. He got the best care from Dr. G and staff. There are many vets closer to my house, but I choose to drive the distance to San Ramon Vet because they are top notch and provide compassionate care.

Since getting my pup, Neo I have been using SRVH for all his wellness and emergency needs. I have found Dr. Goraya & his staff to be exceptionally professional, understanding, helpful, comparatively economical, and provide proper choices for the health and well being of my puppy. I would strongly recommend San Ramon Veterinary Hospital as your pet advisor.

Excellent place to bring your pup during a scary emergency. Unlike most places around the bay, they accepted him right away, no wait, we could be with him and meet the doctor immediately. All staff wear masks with lots of space, and very, very kind doctors. I've had to go to several vet ERs around here w/ a small puppy that loves to eat, literally, everything and this is by far the best experience.

I have been taking my dog Frankie (female boxer) to Dr.G and San Ramon Veterinary hospital since she was a puppy. We had tried several different vets in the East Bay and Dr.G / his team are our favorites by far. They care about you and your pet, and work with your budget to provide the best care possible and are always respectful of your time. We are so grateful to have a vet in the area that we trust. Thanks Dr.G!

No issues, they have been taking care of our dog for 14 out of his 15 years! I would consider insurance for my future pets.

I took my dog in thinking she had fleas and they came back with an $880 estimate. I didn't feel like they were listening to me. It just felt they were trying to gouge me money...

I took my pet to San Ramon Vet Hospital when I could not get an appointment with my usual vet. They were professional and thorough but I feel they were not too forthcoming, perhaps because they had no history on my pet.

I took my Shiba Inu to see Dr. Goraya at San Ramon Veterinary Hospital after seeing his reviews on Yelp, 3 weeks ago. I had found out through another vet for an unrelated problem that my dog had some elevated numbers for her kidneys. When I called to make an appointment with Dr. Goraya he saw her that afternoon. He suggested that my dog should have a kidney infusion right away, He explained all about kidney disease to me. Before he started the infusion procedures he made sure that I knew what he had planned for my dog, and gave me the cost of approximately how much it would cost. Since we were still in covid, Dr. Goraya made a point of coming outside to talk to me directly, and not through one of his workers. I noticed that he did that with all of his patients which I liked. His staff are just as professional, and pleasant as he is. I would highly recommend Dr. Goraya for your pet. Thank you Dr. Goraya, and staff for caring for my sweet Zorrita.

Took my pup here because he lost a nail. Since it was his first time being seen here, they were very proactive in requesting to get all his shots and tests done, but because he's already been seen by a different vet he didn't need it. It was quick and painless. They brought him in, doctor saw him, he came out to let me know what was going on, the nurse came out with a invoice, she helped choose what was the most important in terms of service to provide and items I needed to purchase to bring home with us. Paid the bill and they cleaned up his nail and gave me his meds and we were on our way.

San Ramon Veterinary Hospital has been there for my dog every time I needed them. They have helped me schedule last minute appointments, listened to my every concern, and given my dog the best quality of care. Kim is also amazing, she helps my dog get her health certificate and all the needed forms every time she fly's to Hawaii with me and I couldn't be more thankful for her and San Ramon Veterinarian Hospital!

As a client of Dr. G for over 10 yrs, I can tell you San Ramon Veterinary Hospital goes far beyond simple pet care. The staff has always been helpful in scheduling and more importantly enjoying taking in our very energetic almost 90 lb. labradoodle, Jake. When needing nearby vet care, we found Dr. Goraya and began over a decade of Vet care for our family. His staff was always sure to greet our Jake, tend to all of his needs, and were friendly. He was a big dog and would love his trips to the Vet. Odd I know, yet he was always happy to jump on the reception counter and greet the staff. The personal care when our dog was injured, was above and beyond. We were away and Dr. G made sure to personally call me guiding us the whole way through. He needed a surgery and post op care. I received follow up calls to assure us every thing went well. Sadly when Jakes life came to an end, Dr. Goraya and his staff helped us every step of the way. They allowed for a very heart breaking time in our lives to be met with pure compassion. We were beyond lucky to have had 13 yrs with our dog. Ever appreciative for the care, time, check ups and professionalism of San Ramon Veterinary Hospital. When the time comes to bring home another Pet, San Ramon Veterinary Hospital will be our 1st call to welcome in our next family member.

Very nice Vet Hospital. The staff and Dr. Goraya are very responsive and reliable. They provided a very good care with good quality for our puppy. Explained the procedure and payments in detail. Even after operating on the puppy they responded very well after any follow-up calls. Highly recommended.

I was pet sitting and my little friend Charlie injured himself playing fetch. Came up with a limp that persisted for awhile. The SRV Hospital suggested I monitor him and get him evaluated if there we no improvement. I took Charlie in for an eval & the staff and doctor were all respectful; treated Charlie well and with care. He was fine & just needed extended rest. It was a busy afternoon at the hospital but the staff did the best they could to accommodate all the concerned owners. As for Charlie - he was fine by the end of the next day when his parents returned. Phew! They were grateful he got checked out & was fine.

The receptionist was very friendly on the phone and setting us up as a new patient. However, after going, it's hard to get a call back and understanding on what are the next steps. We received our dogs test results in a timely manner, but when the results came back negative and we're still unable to conclude what is wrong, they were not as responsive as I would have hoped for. Ultimately I am left unknown on what are next steps to figure out why my dog has urinating problems.

I had an emergency with a puppy with a broken leg. They took her in right away, kept me informed, answered all my questions Everyone was considerate to my anxiety and professional.

Had a mixed experience. Amid pandemic, they don't allow anyone accompany the pet inside the hospital. But that makes the pet very uncomfortable. I felt bad leaving my pet in the hands of complete new people in my first visit there.

The SR Vet Hospital took care of our Truffles with such care, explained every detail and provided the empathy we needed during the end of her life. It still hurts--how much we miss her -- yet, we are very thankful for the San Ramon Vet hospital during this extremely sad time.

My dog hurt his paw one afternoon and I was unable to get an appointment with my regular vet. Called several emergency vets and either very long wait time (5 hours) or no one even answered phone! San Ramon must have heard how desperate I was and they were able to "squeeze me in" that afternoon. Very pleased with the care and treatment received as well as with the Covid precautions taken. Would highly recommend!!

I just got a new puppy and as I research a new vet around the area I found San Ramon Veterinary Hospital. With great reviews on Yelp and a quick phone call I was able to get an appointment the next day. The person who answered the call was nice and courteous. Overall the process is seamless. I was able to speak to the Vet and explained my concern. They make an assessment and you get to approve the services you choose. I'd definitely take my puppy for the follow up vaccines. I feel confident that my puppy will be taken cared for.

We had a difficult time trying to find a vet for our pup. Coming here was no different. The doctor seemed to have no idea what was going on, didn't really seem like he even cared about us as the client or animals. After a big scare with our dog, he told us to bring her to him and so we did. He then turned us away because they were closing soon and couldn't deal with it. Why did you even tell us to come there?!?!?!?!? Bad experience.

Staff is always friendly and kind, explains treatment well. Have seen the same vet doctor multiple times and trust his advice and diagnosis. Would recommend!
