The gentleman checking me out was extremely informative, helpful and very pleasant.

I can understand the starting shortage due to covid. Staff and groomers need some customer service training.

The service was great. I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes. The clerk even found me a coupon for half off on a full priced item so I spent a lot less then I would have. It's a very clean store.

Fast, Friendly service, easy to find product.

I find my local Petco to always have what I need for my dogs. The sales personnel are very helpful as well. This is my number one choice when it comes to my pets. Thank you.

This review is for grooming. Request to management: Please don’t let inexperienced groomers take care of our dogs. We had great: : experience the first time. The groomer patiently cut our yorkie’s hair and groomed him nicely. We came back to a happy and great looking dog. Second time was a nightmare. We got a different groomer , Kat for short. When we went to pickup our dog she casually mentioned our dog got a cut near the ear and there was blood and is doing ok now ! We were hearing dog cries from behind the door and we were scared as to what has happened. When they got the dog out he was all scared and there was blood on his ear ! On panicking and asking how something like that can even happen, some friendly person named Stuart came up with a first aid kit and applied a spray and calmed us down. The groomer never even apologized and she said it happens all the time and walked inside ! On top of that the groomer almost literally shaved our dog. Not a trim or haircut. Not sure if the groomer is new or in a bad mood , but we are never taking our dog there after this experience. Don’t trust they’ll take good care of your dogs while you leave them there.

Terrible customer service. I made over 30 phone calls over the course of two months to get a grooming appointment for my dog (after being sold a membership), and no one EVER answers the phone. I will not be doing business with Petco any longer.

Great inventory! Helpful salespeople. Enjoy shopping there and especially fun seeing dogs.

Am very disappointed the way they have given me broken piece. I have ordered for fish tank through online and did curbside pickup. Service was smooth and fast. Went home and checked, it was broken in the corner. Immediately called them and informed same. Asked me to return and they don't have replacement. Have to go back to store and return it with the help of associate who was so kind. Like the service, but they shouldn't have given me broken piece and made me drive twice for 30 minutes. People make sure to check goods twice before you leave. Don't believe in people.

Best place for dog grooming

Picked up some worms here over the weekend. The store was wonderfully clean, stocked, and they had more worms and I've seen any Petco have. Staff was very helpful and they were really nice.

Costmer service was the best!! Your employee's are kind, helpful and know the business. Good job with the staffing of your store. IT is the only place I go to get my needs for my pets. Thank you

have a bad experience in customer service but apart from that the prices are very expensive I prefer petSmart

Fish here were getting ick treatment last time I was there

I can always find what I'm looking for here. AND I love that they have rescue groups offering adoptions.

Walked in to get some fish for my classroom. The lady I asked for help or if she could send help told me she couldn't help me and to find the lady with green hair to help me. I told her she was with other customers and was told she would be done soon. Then while I was waiting the same lady walked b y me and asked what I wanted, anyway. I told just some goldfish. She says, yea I can't help you, she has to help you. I think there could have been a better approach. I left and now know to never be back here again. If the green hair lady is ever out sick, who will get people their fish? Step up your game Petco.

Friendly employee and great location next to our Extended Stay America. This time, Murfy needed a new ball to play with that we can rinse off. He already has a half dozen Kong squeaky tennis balls, but the new dog park we have been going to has some fine gravel and straw that sticks to the fuzzy surface...yuk. He picked out this Chuckit ball and problem solved! Oh, and this one squeaks too! Thanks Petco! ????

Manager on duty at 1 pm, 6/22 was very rude and abrupt. Won't be back!

My first visit to this Petco was a bit underwhelming. The way they have some of the aisles set up is not very easy for someone like myself, with a mobility device, to get around. For one thing, they have all these different kiosk-like displays. The way they are set up makes it difficult to get my scooter around each one. I had to keep going down other aisles to get back to the other side of a kiosk. Just so I wouldn't knock anything down. Furthermore the customer service was less than fair. When I asked one of the clerks what the price was for the items in a display bin, she looked down at the sign on her side of the bin, and in a sparky tone told me the price. The bin didn't have a sign on my side and I couldn't get around to her side because an open register, with customers in line, didn't allow enough room for me to get in there. In the rest of the store there wasn't a sales person to be found to ask for help in pricing a few items. Overall, it was kinda disappointing and I'm not sure if I will return. I did find some toys that were interesting for our new puppy, but three of them have already fallen apart.

The only place I take my dog for grooming! He doesn't cooperate for anyone but the staff at this location. I don't know what I'm going to do when I move!

Come check me out after I graduate and get certified from petco as a dog trainer in 3 weeks. I'm halfway there!!!!

I have been to others Petco stores and I come back to this one because of the staff. The stores is always clean and everyone goes out of there way to help. At times they have even matched prices when other Petco’s have been rude and wouldn’t even listen or try.
