I have been taking my cat here for 7+ years because they WERE the best! I was heartbroken when Dr. Apostle left and am even more disappointed that Dr. Evans left! My cat actually liked Dr. Evans, which is a first in her lifetime. The location has changed so much and has not managed to retain their doctors. Looking for a better option for my cats. I'm tired of having a different doctor each time who doesn't understand my cat and doesn't bother to read her file.

I was delighted, impressed and moved by the kindness and care shown not only to my cat Charley, but to me as well. All the staff are well trained in calming both terrified animal and anxious owner! Master Veterinarian Bill Estheimer was so gentle and sweet with my kitty. Even though the issue turned out to be minor, Dr. E did not suggest unnecessary bloodwork or shots or try to sell me a bunch of inedible cat food. He took time to talk to me patiently and and respectfully. He listened with interest, made suggestions that were thoughtful and doable and didn't rush through our appointment. I love this place!

I had an awesome experience with everybody there. Dr. M was very kind and informative. My dog was roughed up and bitten by 2 dogs and she took great care of her. Our whole family goes there. Thank you for taking her in so quickly. Very reasonable as well!

Great customer service and they are very friendly and knowledgeable. Probably could get items cheaper online but I like their selection and using local retail is good for the neighborhood.

Dr. Bill is the bomb, period. I know people coming from Oakland to this clinic. Located in San Rafael, it has convenient parking, one side of the building for cats, and other side for dogs and is kept very clean, no odors. They don't make you wait long at all. I could do without the baby talk sometimes, but that's just me. Dr Bill makes sure you understand what is going on with your pet and will answer your calls or emails. I've been to the other Vets in the office occasionally for small things, but the big stuff I rely on Dr Bill.

The legendary Dr. Moore has retired, but the dog and kitty show goes on. Really high end vet care here and good customer service.

Dr. Liam is wonderful. She has all of the traits that makes for a great veterinarian. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and considerate. She saw my little 'girl' Sofia, and immediately determined a course of action. I am glad that Dr. Liam is Sofia's doctor because Sofia could not be in better hands.
