Computers totally out-of-whack, but Anbolyn Zamora was a great find. She organized everything and did a good job.

Luiz the groomer cut my pets hair and in the middle of grooming said he could not continue unless my pet was calm. He treated my dog like a soft toy and not once he tried talking to my dog. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called the manager (Lily) and she said she would get back to me. She never called. Worst customer service.

First time using mobile grooming and I don’t think I’ll use anything else but mobile grooming from now on. Very convenient, everything they need is in their van. Clodoveu was my groomer. He was fantastic! He called to let me know he was on his way. He parked in my driveway, let me go in the van to take pictures. The van was clean. My Rogue is an 8 yo rescue we rescued a month ago so we’re still getting to know him. But we knew that he was skittish and does not like having his paws touched. So I wasn’t sure how Clodoveu was going to be able to cut his nails and clean the paws but he did it! I am a very happy customer.

Did a great job with grooming, communicated well leading up to the appointment on arrival window and was on time. Would use again and recommend to others.

I made the mistake of testing out a new grooming company this month. Outlet is incredibly unreliable, unprofessional and unresponsive. After completely GHOSTING my booking (no cancellation communication whatsoever), they have also not picked up my calls or returned my voicemails. I hate leaving bad reviews but they should know this is not okay. Proof of booking attached.

I have used this service once before and they did a good job. However, my next appointment texted me an hour before the scheduled time and said someone in their family was having a health emergency. We rescheduled to a time they suggested. They never showed or called or texted. I did all of the above without response. I find this very unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not be using this company ever again.

Mochi looked like a mess before getting groomed. V was very nice and patient with my dog since she was very unwilling to get in the van. She looked like a pup again after being washed and cut. I also should mention I accidentally put the wrong address on my form. I emailed them based on the calendar invite they send and it was fixed no problem.

They sent an email and txt to remind me of the appointment and they call or text me an hour before arrival....they did and exceptional job on my shih Tzu (Sire) he looked so cute and clean and he smelled great.

All the groomers are patient, friendly, and professional. My Chihuahua barks at everyone. The groomers calm her down.

They canceled my appointment 10 minutes before scheduled arrival time.

Beatrice did a wonderful job on my cute little Yorkie today. I will definitely be calling upon Beatrice to groom my dog from now on. Beatrice was sweet and loving with my dog. This was the first grooming in a year and a half that my dog did not come back shaking from grooming. So happy my puppy looks cute abs she wasn’t a wreck from her grooming!

Maristha was very good with my dog. My dog has very bad anxiety & she was so comfy with her. She cut her hair so cute & even added the cutest bows to her hair. All around great experience will definitely request her again!

Very disappointed. First time I used them I was very happy. But the second time my dogs hair was chopped uneven all over him.

Our dog was long overdue for a grooming prior to covid. She had an appointment with a different groomer back in March 2020, but it was canceled due to covid. My husband attempted to give her a haircut, and it did not go well. My point is: our dog’s fur, matting, and nails were in an embarrassingly neglected state. Our tiny fur ball is also a rescue and very skittish. Clodoveu and his colleague came to the rescue and did a wonderful job in about an hour. He knew she was nervous, and exuded gentleness with her. We think we have found our groomer and are planning on scheduling a regular grooming with him in the future. Thank you Clodoveu!!

I just got my 8 year old yorkie back from groomer Johana and his ear was badly cut (missing piece?) and he had trouble walking. I suspect he had his ear drum punctured. Called groomer and they told me it was just a cut.. NO ONE from company will return my calls/texts. Stay away from this company.

My dog got a bacterial virus during a bath :( their condition of work was very unclean that day. I hope that changed. They do a excelente work on the grooming part, was for sure the best one I experienced until now But the cost was high ( 1 month of antibiotics and veterinary costs) My advice is not to use them, they do a good work on grooming, I advice you to check the work condition they start the work, and see if they are going to use new water and not a water that was previously used by another dog Again just check before, and for The company I suggest management to constantly check how their employees are working and make sure they are following the rules

We have used this service one other time which we were pleased with , however, this time we used Edwin as the groomer. This was not a good experience. We asked for bath, ear cleaning, anal glands, face and body trim and nails. After about 30 minutes, Edwin and his assistant returned from their van and all that I could tell was that he’d been bathed. Edwin tried to tell me that I’d only wanted a bath. I promised him I hadn’t. I wanted the full package. I showed him what my dog looked after our last groomer worked on him. They took him back out for another 20 minutes. This time he looked better. I definitely won’t be using Edwin again in the future..

This was my first time having my puppy groomed. Henrique was wonderful and you could tell he loves his job. Very professional and did a great job. We are very happy with our experience.
