Petco Los Gatos, California

I think you only go to Petco for specific reasons. I found what I needed here. Had lots of things in stock at this location. Recommend a visit!

I absolutely love this Petco! Close to work and a great thorough selection, you really can't beat it. Sometimes parking can feel a little tight but patience is a virtue. Service is friendly and you get your daily dose of cute at check out when adorable kittens stare at you begging to come home!

Great staff very knowledgeable answer all your questions clean store they'll even help carry stuff to your car can't beat this place for pets and the Pet's humans LOL

Groomer shaved my dog. She told he had mat all over my dog's body although it was not. I will share my dog's photos before and after. When called and asked why they did this, she started yelling at me over the phone cursing me and telling me to read fine print. Although she had not told us earlier that they are gonna shave our dog and they did. This is a pathetic service and would never go for dog grooming ever. If I could give negative stars I would!

The staff was exceptionally engaging, supportive, and lovely towards me. Also, I was charmed and fulfilled observing every one of the pets that were shown in your shop. Truly, every one of them were very beautiful and awesome. Once more, thank you for your magnificent help to me. I'll be back!

Nice people, pet friendly, well stocked, holiday toys, lots of snacks for your pets, they have Fish and Kitties and maybe other Amphibians. There's also a Starbucks in the same parking area, so grab one and go shopping. ????????‍⬛☕

Clean, well stocked store with friendly staff. My kids and I call it the Los Gatos zoo! They have a cool assortment of fish and reptiles, mice, guinea pigs and birds. Sometimes we'll stop in just to look at them. They carry pretty much everything you need to care for your animals. And good advice and tips from the knowledgeable staff. Be sure to check the clearance bin at the front of the store, next to the registers. It's also a good place if you're looking to rescue a kitty, they always have some on display in front and they run adoption clinics regularly. More than ample parking, great location. Glad they opened! We'll be back next week for crickets for my daughter's lizard!

Good availability for grooming, first time for my pet and she didn’t leave stress in fact got sad when hoping into the car

AMAZING customer service from Isabella! She was super nice and helpful, showing me where the dog treats were and wonderful puppy care advice. Five stars, this lady needs a raise!! Will shop here again.

I have been receiving excellent customer service consistently from aquatic expert, Max. He is highly knowledgeable about all kinds of fish and aquatic plants- everything from identifying them and knowing how to care for them. He is always so nice and helpful that I have purchased many products from him. All the tanks and their fishes in this store are exceptionally well-cared for. This Petco store has become my favorite “to go” place for all my fish care needs. Many thanks to Max.

I had not been to Petco in years! I was greeted at the door and was asked if i needed help in finding anything! I will go back since I have 2 indoor kitties and one feral I feed!

I was visiting relatives in California and went to Petco to ask for some some tips about my aquarium and a gentleman named Max help me out and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I very much appreciated his help.

People here are nice, but selection had been limited here, for years.

Absolutely gorgeous aquatic section, couldn’t believe it was a Peto, wow. The manager was more than helpful with everything, he knows his stuff!

I’ve only visited this Petco location once, but I noticed a stark difference between here and the Petcos I’ve frequented elsewhere. The employees ask what they can help you with and truly mean it (they don’t just say it then quickly look away and go about their business). LOVE the adoption areas for kitties!!! They are well cared for and look happy. Well, as happy as a cat can look in a small enclosure.

Came in while on vacation visiting family and brought their dogs in for grooming. They got me in and out, no issues and the dogs looked much better. Figured I'd shop around while I was waiting and the customer service was remarkable. The shelves were stocked full and the place was very clean. All the pet cages and aquariums looked very clean and the animals seemed very happy. Hats off to you all for the cleanliness during this pandemic. Honestly, hands down the best Petco ever.

I ordered online after your store had closed. My order was ready before the store opened. I was unable to pick my order up for 2 days due to my work schedule. I walked in and the team member was very friendly and courteous. She handed my order off and I was in and out in less than a minute. Thank you for your service!! We always shop Petco for this reason and during a pandemic your team member and your system were amazing.

Friendly and warm service although, you really need to open the returns program. Don't use COVID as an excuse to save a buck. Businesses should just be safe and careful. I tried to return a watterbottle that leaked but I was rejected.

Good place to find all supplies for our dog.
