Front desk lady was very professional scheduling my pups appointment. She had brown hair and black glasses with a snake tattoo on her arm. Everyone else was nice too but shes my favorite. Always a regular here.

Hospitable staff, reasonable price, great service. We have asked “Sam” to groom/bath our dog. He is loving and professional and pays attention to details. Te dog hotel is accommodating and they sometimes host last-minute request (such as when the owner suddenly falls sick) which is very considerate. The facility is spacious. They to not have outdoor space though. You are welcome to bring your own food/soup/bed for the dog and my dog seems pretty content every time we drop him in.

I took my dog to this place and they asked me to come back in 4 hours , so I went back my dog was shivering and crying when he see me and my daughter so iche

The price may be the same as many other places but you get so much more for it. Great staff, great treatment, camera, free bath for long stays, feeding and medicine giving, haircut $20, flexibility and availability. We love it.

Good value for services provided. Nice facility and helpful staff. Online appointment bookings are a plus. They have a doggy cam so you can check on your dog while they are in daycare.

Great place to day sit and overnight your pets. No cages, good supervision, and high quality care with one person always present. They do personality assessments too so you can be sure your dog gets along with all the furry boarders.

Clean premises, caring staff, the best!

We were nervous about boarding our 4 month old Pyrenese/Cattle Dog mix puppy however, when we brought her in to see the hotel we knew this was a great place! She loved playing with all the dogs and didn't want to leave! We boarded her for 4 nights and they were wonderful; they even hand fed her because she wasn't eating. The ladies were so reassuring when I called to check on her and gave me a full report! The place is extremely clean and the employees are super helpful and friendly! We highly recommend Fluffy Dog as a place to bring your pup! We will definitely bring our dog there in the future!

My 3 year old Pit Bull Choey has such high energy and can sometime be a handful. She also tends to be very vocal when she is around me. When I take her anywhere, she barks at everything and even though she is harmless, people get the wrong idea because of her breed. The first day I brought Choey to Fluffy Doggy, she was so calm. She didnt peep a bark or anything and the employees at the front desk were so warm and inviting to her and she instantly trusted them. They also have learned her bad habits so they know how to correct Choey and I dont get in the way of them teaching her. These guys are definitely a life saver. Thanks Fluffy Doggy!!

Best dog daycare& boarding in peninsula. They treat your dog like their own. They give you peace of mind when you are on vacation and ensure your fur kids are well taken care of. They call regularly to give updates of our dog and send picture of his stay. My dog is happy there and love to go there everyday for daycare

This place is amazing! They treat your dog like he’s their own. They have great grooming services. Jack always comes out looking and smelling great. Would definitely recommend for both daycare and grooming.
