WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I always wondered why my dog was so unhappy to get dropped off here! I thought they are professionals and actually care for the dogs but I’m very disappointed with my experience as they are very rude and care so little about the dogs and more about the money. I highly suggest looking into other places to take your dog because these little creatures cannot express how they feel through words to write up a review themselves! Very disappointing!

Staff is friendly and they clearly enjoy what they do. Our dog really enjoyed his time at Pawssitively, and they seem expert at handly dogs. Wouldn't consider going elsewhere!

Great salon in Burlingame. Not too hard to get reservations for my two huskies and they did a great job. They kept texting me to keep me posted on when they’ll be ready. Prices are very competitive with rest of Bay Area.

I was pleased to be offered a specific time to bring in my labradoodle so he wasn't caged for any long period of time. I also was very pleased with his cut. Cost was higher than I expected, but I would recommend and I'll go back.

I have tried 3 prior groomers for my multipoo. The hair cut had been all horrible. I finally tried “Pawsitively groomed pet salon”. Wow! My girl was so clean and the hair cut was perfect for her. Thank you.

We recently changed dog groomer because I can tell my dog wasn’t happy at our previous groomers. I can see a totally change in her attitude after picking her up at Pawsitively Groomers! She always comes back happy and excited plus they do an amazing job!

Great haircut for my dog , done on time.

This was my first visit and they were fabulous. They took such great care of my dog and gave him a superb haircut and grooming. Highly recommend the place. The groomers and staff were very friendly.

Hi. The quoted a price for a wash and haircut however, just before they arrive, and we arranged being home for this purpose, they jacked up the price..and we didn't want to cancel. The groomers were nice. Mike G

Our 6 year old Frenchie had never been to a groomer and he came back smelling, looking great and his coat was shiny and soft. All around great experience.

I bring all three of my dogs to Pawsitively groomed. Two mini Chihuahua mixes and a golden retriever. They all get the royal treatment. The staff is friendly and kind and immediately put the dogs at ease. I highly recommend this salon.

We have been bringing Odie to Pawsitively for almost a year. Reasonably priced and always do a good job grooming and bathing Odie. Also they are very accommodating with last minute appointments. Highly recommended.

It was my first time bringing my dog to Pawsitively and they absolutely did a great job fluffing our my Maltipoo :) They also had a great offer for $10 off if you check in on Yelp. They are very friendly and has great service, will definitely be back!

I was able to get an appointment very quickly! Online booking process is very simple and straightforward! My two dogs came home looking very spiffy and blow dried after their conjoined appointment (: Their nails were a bit out of control before going and came out beautifully shaped and trimmed!! I was very glad I could book for both of them at the same time. Will definitely be returning soon.

Priscilla was so great with Pepa. She asked me thorough questions about how I wanted Pepa to look. When I picked her up, she looked even better than my expectations.
