The staff and vet is the best anywhere.i could not ask for a better place for my pets.they go over and above for their patients. I just love the vet and his staff.

Nordahl pet clinic has always been good to my Gandalf and me. The staff is so caring when ever we have to stop by. The doctors are always a pleasure to work with no matter the reason we come in. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs care for their fur kids.

This is the best vet I've been to by far! They genuinely care about my pets, which is REALLY hard to find! They are so warm and welcoming and I was even able to submit an order request via text, which was ready for pickup by the time I got off work! I HIGHLY recommend this vet!!!

UPDATE: I changed my 3 star to 5 star because this is a great facility. It really is. I know these times have been difficult and those who stuck it out really did what they could do to better their responses and web site for making appointments. They are tentative and low cost and we appreciate them very much. A lot of mistakes in situations as this below message is not the facility error but on the customer, client, or patient. This message is from my 3 star review. UGH! Trying for a few months to schedule a surgery date. They never call back. I made 2 appointments on their website- not a call back. I called them, they said they'd call back. They website for scheduling appointments is useless. I even had confirmation back via email that the appointment was made-twice. When I call to make sure we are scheduled, they do not see my appointment. They keep quoting me for oral cleaning with the surgery. My dog had her dental cleaning! I want a surgery appointment for something else they know needs surgery. Another thing that stinks is when I drop off my dog, a lady comes and gets her at my car (COVID) and says come back in an hour or so. Less than 20 minutes they ask me to come back. Now I turn around and drive back to their clinic. Then it takes two more hours to get the letters and my dog's diagnosis. Usually, I sit and wait because I am presuming my dog will be right out then and not two hours later. This happened one too many times. It's been since March I am trying to schedule with these people. I am going somewhere else from now on. I found a place where the doc talks to you right away and doesn't have a million different obstacles in his way of coming up with an answer right away.

Amazing staff. Have been with them for years and Dr.Choi and staff are so friendly and welcoming. I always feel comfortable droping my dog Honey off and knowing shes in great care. They have the best prices in town and never add more than what is needed. I love the texting method they have cause then I dont have to be waiting on the phone call. It also makes questions and medication refills quicker. Overal friendly and great quality. I recommend this clinic to anyone I know.

Accessibility: right now (11/17/2021) Nordahl Pet Clinic does COVID-safe appointments where you just park your car out front, call or text the phone number listed near the door, and they come out and get your pet. At the end they bring your pet out to you and have you pay by card, still sitting in your car. While your pet is with the vet they will call you, talk about issues, then get your consent for different treatments and payments. Experience: Dr Kim really listened to all my concerns, did not interrupt me while talking like I've had other vets do, and she was so helpful in explaining everything clearly. I definitely recommend Dr. Kim. All of the office staff are also so incredible, nice, and professional. Love it here!

Just very good care for my pet

The staff is very friendly, very accommodating, does a great job following up prior to appointments, I always get my calls answered, I talked to the vet personally regarding my dogs overall health and best of all there is no initial office visit fee. Overall great service and I highly recommend this place.

Good experiences so far. Vet is knowledgeable and staff is friendly. Overall pretty efficient with the curbside services. They forgot to include a prescription on last visit and not always fast to return calls or emails. The care and service is affordable and high quality though.

Good doctors, best prices in town. Haven't had any major illness or surgery taken care of with them so it may very well be you get what you pay for situation but for just an exam or checkup they were great and cheap! Would definitely recommend as a first time visit or routine checkup for sure!!!

I am very happy with the service I receive. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are fair.

Tried getting an appointment for my puppy. First requested an appointment online, no call back. Then called, was told I'd get a call back later that day. 30 mins before closing I called back and finally got an answer. Poor communication skills left a bad taste. Will look elsewhere.

Excellent care - satisfied with all our three dogs being seen by their docs. From a mini Aussie to our two Cane Corsos - Happy to recommend them and the staff. Very nice people and professionals!

Prepare to wait in your car for over an hour. He overbooks and overcharges. You only speak to the dr on the phone and your pet spends most of the time in a cage. I'm an old guy, been to many vets, not the way to run a humane business.

Nothing! We love taking our 90lb pitbull and I recommend this clinic every chance I get. Pancho our pittie is a huge baby and is always taken care of. We are very happy that he’s been coming here since he was a small puppy.

Very pleased with my visit. The staff and doctors are all very nice and responsive. They exceeded all my needs for the visit. And honestly extra points because they are constantly walking in and out from the office and the parking lot due to their COVID safety measurements!

Always so sweet, have only dealt with them from the parking lot because of covid but my pup doesn't seem to mind the visits when he hops back in the car. Prices are reasonable and they take care credit.
