I really appreciated the professional service I received during a very difficult time. The employee was both sensitive and compassionate when he came to pick up my beloved dog. I was also impressed by the cedar urn I received as it was beautiful and fit for my baby Lucy. I will forever be grateful for their caring nature. Thank you.

Started out good with this place but after the future visits the prices changed. Didn’t like the fact that she charged me for extra services when it really wasn’t necessary. I don’t know why it says pet cremation.. I went to the grooming business.

Our vet suggested this place and I’m grateful they did.The quality of care, attention to detail and compassion they provide during such a sad time is something I’ll never forget. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you for going above and beyond for animals and families. You’re all incredible.

Very disappointed. Called to make arrangement's for my dog's cremation had to leave a message no one was available to talk to. So far it's been 4days and still have not received a call back. Ended up going someplace else. Where everyone was very caring and respectful.

My 2 month old Siberian Husky passed away August 22 of 2020 from having his skull fractured and swelled it was super hard to say goodbye I wasn’t expecting his life to end that fast and honestly I couldn’t be more happier with how I got my Miska’s ashes back I could open the box whenever I want to see him instead of him being locked in a box forever.

I can't say enough as to how professional this company was. Nothing but respect and care were provided from the very beginning. I highly recommend this company.

Very heartbroken at the mistakes that were made with my 15 1/2 year old Dachshund here at this after care crematorium.. very unorganized and unprofessional office... I’m really hoping And praying that I got my dogs cremains back and not someone else’s baby.. I’m really sick over how careless of an operation it seems to be. There should be no mistakes in this business... it’s our pets that they are supposed to be taking care of and I know I paid good money to have my dog taken care of... I’m very sad over the way he was handled!!!

We had our cat Twinkie cremated here. Very positive overall experience. His box is very high quality and pretty as well. You people are doing God's work, thank you

After having gone to another pet aftercare service, then unfortunately needing the service again I would never do go to anyone other than Angel Paws. They made this terrible circumstance a ton easier for me and my wife. They were professional, kind, and gave us everything we need to remember our beloved friend in the future. I couldn’t bare the thought of going to another service. I wish I had gone to them for my other pet.

I am so grateful for Angel Paws Pet Cremation (formerly Friends Forever) in San Marcos. I first used their services about 12 years ago when it was Friends Forever and then again recently when I lost my beloved cat. Their customer service is impeccable, all of their staff is very friendly, kind and compassionate. They made me feel comfortable at every stage of the process and were available for me after hours. It's easy to see that these folks offer a unique service that so many of us need and that they do it to help others. They truly care about the pets and the people who they work with. I was able to talk to the man who actually processed my kitty and when he shared how important it was to try and get some of her beautiful different colored fur for me to remember, I was just stunned. I hope I don't have to use them again soon, but honestly, these folks are angels.

Best experience I could ask for when it comes to this type of service. Angel paws truly exceeded my expectations in every way. I called them in need of same day services which they easily accommodated. Call backs were always prompt. The caring professionalism was unprecedented, and they followed up on every aspect of our package as promised. I highly recommend this company.

They handled our beloved husky and more recently our equally beloved Himalayan cat. They treated me with sensitivity and respect and returned the remains nicely packaged.

If you are looking for genuine compassion during this difficult time, this is the place to go. I highly recommend using angel paws if you are looking for pet euthanasia and cremation. These gentleman helped us with both. From the first time we first called until we came to pick up our beloved Spikes remains, these gentlemen made the process very easy for us. They helped us find a veterinarian that came out to our home to euthanize our beloved Spike. We were not only shown a high level of compassion throughout the process, what we received back from them was just amazing. The urn, paw print and fur clipping we received back are so beautifully done and will be something we will always cherish. It has been a difficult time saying goodbye but we are extremely grateful for the help we received at this company.

When I was getting lied to by the vet I had gone to , this bussiness did nothing but be honest to me and tell me exactly when I could get my baby back! They allowed me to come directly to them to pick her up. I would recommend to anyone who has lost their love one, screw the vet, take your love one straight to them!

I cant say enough great things about the service and staff here. I was an emotional wreck when my dog passed away but the staff made me feel so much better. A friendly face and patience is just what I needed. I love that they were able to give us back some of her fur such a perfect clay paw print. I highly reccomend this company if you have to cremate your pet.

We have had 3 experiences with Angel Paws and they have come through doing excellent. Our first experience was 4 years ago with Baxter, our dog, (16 years with us) and AP was amazing. We did not expect such wonderful treatment. Then 1 year ago, we lost our wonderful Shadow, our dog, (3 years with us), and again Angel Paws was so caring and thought of our pain and gave us such compassion and treatment. Now, 4 weeks ago, we had to put Ryan, our dog of 8 months, to sleep. The Humane Society took such great care with Ryan, then surrendered his body to Angel Paws, who again, treated Ryan with great care and compassion. They were so kind and thoughtful of our feelings and did everything that we asked. THANK YOU ANGEL PAWS A&M

Our buddy Poker passed of old age on June 24th of 2018. We had no idea what to do with the remains all we knew was that we wanted to keep him with us always and burial was not an option since we dont own a home. I called several places and Angel Paws was the only business that called me back. They offered various packages that included some very beautiful mementos all at very affordable prices. My mother wanted an urn instead of a little box and were extremely helpful in finding just what she wanted for our buddy of 13 years. They tailored their service to our needs and we are very appreciative for it. We had to wait a good bit and believe me that was hardly an issue when we finally got Pokers cremains back home. We couldn't have been any happier with the service. Thank You!

Our dog was taken by a coyote. It was such a tragic experience for the entire family. Fortunately, my daughter found "Angel Paws" on the web. They were absolutely amazing. Angel paws did a beautiful job with my dogs cremation. I had them pick up our dog when she passed and was greeted by a very kind, understanding, and helpful individual. I chose the gold package (certification,hair trimmings, paw print, and cremains place in a beautiful cedar box with lock and key) and was not disappointed. Thank you so much Angel Paws!

The people here have been very good to me and my family took good care of all my beloved s pet needs and have been patient with our situation when we were moving they kept him kept them til I could come and get him we had three family members go to angel paws and each time they were great and very helpful I recommend it to anyone looking for a caring place to take there beloved pets

Angel Paws Pet Cremation is a fantastic pet crematory. I lost a cat of 16 years that I really loved, but what they provide gave me closure she's at peace. They gave me a bit of her hair, along with a paw print, two poems, a certificate of cremation, and a beautiful box with her name on it. Coming from San Diego, this was absolutely worth the drive.

Our dachshund was taken by a hive of African bees. Traumatic on the kids, and us. We decided to cremate and plan to place some ashes and plant into a tree urn so his life continues. The guys at Angel Paws were very kind and helpful. The service was fast and he came back to us within a week. The wooden urn supplied in our package was very nicely personalized. I recommend this company to help in these sad situations
