Love love love, this store!They carry the good stuff???? Premium pet food, treats and equipment. Very convenient location. Staff are very very nice. I recommend this place for your fur baby needs, including grooming and other care they are reasonable in price. Store hours are convenient. I highly recommend this store❤

This place is great! Good prices lots of specialty things too. Surprisingly the big bags of specialty dog food are 30 to 40 bucks. Lots of different cat litters too. I got a giant bag of paper pellets for 13.99. I mean check it out if nothing else...IT ALSO HAS A GROOMER INSIDE. So if your tired if driving to town this might be a great option for you!

I made an appointment for my cockapoo to get groomed when I showed up they didn’t have my appointment for 10 AM they told me I made it at the wrong location . I never knew they had a second location in Wildomar. French Valley is Horizon pet supply the one in Wildomar is Horizon pet supply and grooming they need to update their Internet information.

I have been bringing my small Maltese mail dog here for a couple of years. for grooming and they always do an excellent job. Very friendly and sweet to the animals that come in.

The woman behind the counter was so helpful when I was in there on Sunday and she was friendly with everyone who entered while I was there. Myself and others walked out of the store with smiles on our faces after having interaction with the woman behind the counter.

Don’t hold to there word . Not very customer oriented at all. Will never go in that store again HORRIBLE customer service . Pandemic or not !

Amazing service! I took my two dogs today to get their nails trimmed. My one dog is very scared of getting his nails cut. He’s a very large dog too. They made the process a breeze and allowed me to be with him to keep him calm. They did an amazing job on their nails and we definitely will be returning!

If I could give them minus stars I would...rude management, and the price markup is 300%, and the "fresh" foods and bones are super old, and always crawling with bugs. As an ex employee we were told by the owner to freeze the the food with bugs then put it back out on display. Gross and wrong.

I've gotten my dog groomed here a couple of times. As a groomer in retirement, I can say they do a really nice job, and are safe and efficient. His cut looks really nice and he is happy when he comes out. Also a great stop for high quality foods and treats!

Great little local place! Always willing to trim both of my guinea pigs' nails, and they've done a great job on both of my dogs. Their food selection is great as well. They stock the my guinea pigs' favorite food.

Very unprofessional. The workers & the owner has no idea about the promos on food. So disappointed. Told one thing by the Pet Food Company, then told another thing by another worker. So sad.

I have been buying my dog food and products at this store since it opened several years ago. They make a point of stocking the food that I buy, so it is always available when I go in. Both the owner and the staff have always been extremely helpful and polite to me. I could find the food elsewhere, but I patronize this local store because I appreciate the personalized attention that I get.

The owner of this store does not back the coupons that she puts out!! I took my two cats to be groomed and found out after they had been completed that the coupon "25% Off new customer 1st purchase or grooming (fine print: $40 max. Valid with coupon only. Not valid with other offer.)" would only give me a $10 discount off of $100. Last time I checked that is only 10% not 25%. I was told that it's 25% off of a $40 purchase. Clearly not what the coupon stated. After arguing with the sales clerk, I assumed she just wasn't bright and decided I'd take my cats home. If I brought them back I would clarify the coupon prior to grooming and if necessary have the owner called. Well after new coupons arrived and stated "25% off any purchase (fine print: new customers only, $40 maximum discount. etc)" I figured here was a second chance. The coupons now clearly stated $40 maximum discount, meaning to any logical person you can receive up to $40 off of any purchase. Well when I went to book the appointment a groomer set everything up and I asked her about the coupon and told her I still had my receit from before to prove that I didn't receive the correct discount, could I receive it this time, she told me she didn't know. I did see the same sales clerk as before standing behind something listening but not coming over to help. I figured I'd handle it this morning before the grooming began. I walked in and began to talk to the same sales clerk as before, and as I was trying to ask her about it, she instructed my sister to take my cat back to the groomers area because she had a dog in the front of the store. I began discussing the coupon and she told me again it was a $10 discount for both! I told her I wanted to speak with the owner. She made the phone call for me and the owner told me that she had changed the wording on the coupons because she had received complaints similar to mine. I told her that unless she had re-worded them again since September that they were false advertising. She said she had just re-worded them this week. I asked her to honor what the coupon stated and she said no, that she would not because she couldn't run her store if she gave everything away for free. I told her I didn't want the grooming for free I wanted to pay for it but I wanted the discount as stated in the coupon she put out. She again refused stating that 98% of customers understand what it means, I told her clearly she has other customers who don't understand if she just changed the wording again because of them. She told me she has four different printing companies that all understand the wording. Kind of hilarious since the printing companies are not the customers and I told her she pays the printing companies they don't care how she words it! She asked me why I allowed one cat to be groomed when I already knew that they gave the $10 discount not the 25% and I said because the woman at the front desk instructed the cat to be taken to the back and the groomer did not know not to start on him until the situation was handled. She had no response. When I told her I didn't want to argue, that I would pay for the one cat and not be bringing the 2nd in, and I'd be leaving reviews on yelp and other sites. She claimed she tries to keep her customers happy and that she'd give me the $10 off! I told her I just wanted her to honor what her coupon stated and again she refused. I paid for the one cat, came home and hopped on the computer to hopefully give all of you a heads up! The groomers are great! The girl was super friendly and did a great job with my cat, I wish she did work on the side because I'd definitely hire her. I just have no desire to give my business to such a deceitful and difficult owner!
