There are not enough accolades in the language to describe the kind, considerate care of Dr. Hassan. Today, I asked the staff to wave to me in my car when the room was ready so my dog wouldn’t have to move as much or be uncomfortable while waiting. Instead, Dr Hassan, out of concern for the dogs well being, showed up at my window to assess the dog in the car! Who on earth does this? We ultimately took the dog inside and the care received was excellent, the home care instructions are good, and my dog already appears more comfortable.

Dr Hassan and the entire staff at Laguna Vet are exceptional. I have a complicated special needs cat and i am VERY protective of him - not many vets make the cut - but i trust the Laguna staff completely. I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a new vet in the SLO area.

Dr. Hassan and staff are truly compassionate, caring and very professional. Our Cavalier has benefited in many ways and has thrived as a result of excellent and knowledgeable treatment received here.

Friendly staff and Dr. Have been there a fee times for routine checks for my cats but haven't been extremely impressed with their service.

I love this veterinarian. There are other vets that are much fancier and offer a lot of frills that have nothing to do with your pets health. I also felt a bit lost in the crowd with the other vets. This is a very personalized and focused office. You save money by not paying for frivolous extras, can get an appointment quickly, and they know you and your pet.

On 2/15/19, I had to go through what every pet owner dreads, and I had to put my sweet baby girl to sleep. I wasn't able to get her into my regular vet, and I didn't want to take her to the emergency vet in Arroyo Grande or Atascadero. Dr. Hassan was able to see me, and was so incredibly kind through the entire process. I can't begin to express my gratitude to Dr. Hassan, and her staff.

Had my first visit with Laguna Vet Care and I just loved their speedy process and fear-free environment for my dog. They seemed to care for my dogs mental well being during the visit as much as their physical one... very important with a scared pup.

We are so lucky to live close to and find Laguna! The staff were extremely helpful, and the Doctor is so thorough and patient with her explanation, has some amazing techniques (cup of peanut butter around the rim to distract from a shot/vaccination) and has some very practical & user friendly policies (check out in room so as to not juggle dog leash, wallet, signing & dog trying to say hi or hide from other patrons). As a military family member, we've moved quite a bit & I've had some wonderful vets, but Dr. Kholood Hassan just might be the best ever! This experience honestly is on par with that which I might have when taking my children to the pediatrician!

Best vet on the central coast, Kito had a bite on his bum and they took him in same day. His treatment worked perfect and he’s back to normal. Staff are very gentle and careful.
