Glad I’ve found a reputable vet office!! Always so apprehensive when choosing a vet for my dogs because they’re family and you want them to get the best care. I feel like so many vets are sadly just out for the money, but that’s definitely not the case here! Brought my rescue in (her vet the rescue used is short staffed and couldn’t get me in for the free visit since she was a rescue to just write a prescription for her heartworm medication) so I decided I would just pay for a vet visit and get the prescription that way. Booked an appointment here and she was seen and they ended up not even charging me for the visit! I couldn’t believe it. I’ve only been once but everyone was so friendly and seemed to actually care about their patients. So happy to have stumbled upon this vet! Definitely will be returning for all her future needs.

I’ve been coming to Dr. B for a decade now and every time he and the staff go above and beyond to address my concerns and take the time to explain the situation with my dog. He’s never recommended any unnecessary tests and his pricing is very reasonable. Huge shoutout to Suzi who has been so helpful and treating my dog like her own. Highly recommend!!

Dr.B is absolutely fantastic. He genuinely cares about each patient. We've been going here for close to 10 yrs. His staff is loving, knowledgeable, and compassionate. My Penny girl just loves him and everyone at San Juan. Suzie is Penny's favorite tech.

Today was only our second visit, but WOW the staff here are so kind and the care for my dog has been very thorough. Dr Blanco & Dr Mantecon gave in depth explanations of what was going on with my dog which I had not received at my previous vet. I even received a hand written note in the mail welcoming me which blew me away. This level of care is top notch and I will recommend them to all of the dog owners I work with!

They take such wonderful care of and show genuine concern for my cat Squishy. I highly recommend their services to anyone with a furry friend!

Tuesday night I was told my lil dude was actively dying w/ a tumor in his stomach & that he needed a vet to remove it immediately or he would be dead within the week. My birthday was also within this week & 2019 has not been kind to me. To find out my sweet man would be leaving me now, I went into shock. Dr B & this vet clinic came recommended & through a miracle he & the staff said they could accommodate Cappie’s surgery Weds. morning. I’ve accepted this has only prolonged his life a little while longer but I get to keep my guy at least thru these holidays. The staff was loving & professional & Cappie had each one wrapped around his tail. Doc was brilliant & the staples were very cleanly placed. We’ve had no issues since the surgery & I’m so very thankful for this vet being available in my desperate time of need. They’re good folks. And when Cappie is happy, he smiles. Since his surgery, he got his smile back & that thrills my soul.

Just adopted a dog from Zuri Rescue (our pup already had a neutering appointment w/ San Juan Animal Hospital when we adopted him). The hosputal staff was very helpful before and after his surgery--our pup even greeted us with his tail wagging & ready to play when we picked him up after surgery (NOT what we were expecting at all). We've had zero post-op complications.

San Juan Animal Hospital is the best! My dogs love going in and seeing all the girls at the front desk and Dr. B is always so caring and loving to Margo and Bailey. Highly recommend them.

This place is wonderful. When I moved to San Juan Capistrano, I tried several different vets to find the one that was right. This vet office was just that. Thank you for being great, love the service and the staff and my dog legitimately enjoys going to see everyone.

I have been going to Dr. Bondurant for the last 6 years and being in the animal care industry myself, I can honestly say have I rarely meet vets who are as compassionate, knowledgeable and caring as Dr B. I have had the misfortune of having high maintenance animals who require extensive and expensive medical care, but Dr B has always used a non stressful and non invasive approach to all my animal care needs. No up selling, no overmedicating, just a clear, sensible, honest approach to treating the problem. Along with his dynamite staff at both locations, I cannot say enough about him,Thank You Dr B!
