Petco San Juan Capistrano, California

I love to bring my dog and watch how much fun he has in the toy isle.

Just stopped in for dog food it was crowded but then we're having a adopted programs.

Quality products and great customer service, what more could you ask for? Found exactly what I needed, though it took a minute for me. Employees were patient and helpful with my party and pets.

This San Juan Capistrano Petco has a good location, just off the five freeway. It's in a shopping center with a grocery store and some restaurants, etc. Parking is pretty tight for Orange County. It's a small Petco inside, about half the size of what I'm used to. It was well stocked, which hasn't always been true at other so cal Petcos I've patronized in the past year.

Super friendly staff. They helped me out with my instacart order! Which made my shopping super easy.

The staff were very helpful at the specific location! Also good variety of fresh water fish and clean tanks! Also my dog agrees that this should deserve 5 paws because they had free snacks by the register

They never collected cars and the last time I was there the checker was not nice

This time I was waiting on by a man Hispanic black hair she wasn't very helpful and he wasn't very knowledgeable and when I ask for help he would come over kind of half acid and come back and deal with other things when I asked for a certain product he said he's look in the back for me what was in back within 2 seconds and said oh we don't have it luckily I was able to find one myself in the store on my own

Great to find a place like this for your pets or animals you keep at home. Wait please , even when you don't ha a pet or animal at home but if you see a homeless animal in the street or park , wherever you see one , give something if you can whenever you can and wherever you go.

Always find stuff here. For your dog and other friends also they have grooming and shots for your dog great prices

My dog was crying and terrified when I went to pick him up . They left him alone in the back room. They didn't do his teeth and his nails . Very disappointed with the service and the attitude of the girl who was sitting in the front desk .

Very sweet staff! Love coming to this location for that reason, not to mention how well the store is kept especially for a pet store. Wont go anywhere else

I found Gold fish I have been trying to get a hold of unsuccessfully from other stores here. They did not answer their phone so I had to drive down to check and was lucky. The staff seem to be super busy with online orders to the point that when you ask them a question they tell you to wait while they finish the online order first and then get to you. I find this very disappointing since I have taken the effort to go to the store and of course the online order could wait. They have a good fish selection but the poor dead ones need to be taken out and not left there like a waste on top of the tank ????

Employees here are beyond caring and helpful. Having been to this store for the last few years. I can confidently say they are worth the visit! Always happy to help and find anything you may be looking for. Don't forget to bring the fur babies along!! They love shopping around all the great products they have to offer! :)

A great place for animals.

Having one Guinea pig per cage is cruel, they’re pack animals and suffer in solitude. I don’t see these animals taken care of by people with any knowledge of them.

I love Meagan ! She used to be in grooming and now she’s on the floor. She is so nice and loves Andy my cocker spaniel. She trimmed his eyelashes yesterday and didn’t even want a tip. I have her a great tip too and she was so appreciative. She works at the San Juan Capistrano Petco and wants to be manager. ! I hope she can. She’s awesome .
