Quality care for your dog at a fairly steep premium. They do seem to provide great care but falls short on value. Admin communication could be improved. 3 stars.

Shout out for Dr. Olsen for being so careful, kind and patient with our Husky when she got grumpy about having one of her ears cleaned out plus getting caught up on shots and doing a fecal exam. And the doctor took the time to explain the whole process to us as well as following up the next day to give us the results of the blood test and to see how our fluffy girl was doing. I didn't thank her enough for her kindness and professionalism, so I hope this will make up for that.

Been going here for over 10 years. Love the staff - they are so helpful. The vets are great - always feel my pets are getting the best care.

I have been bringing my pets into this clinic for 20 years! They have never let me down. At one point I even brought my rat to this clinic to be euthanized, after i found her in her cage bleeding from a ruptured ovarian cyst, but alive. I was a hysterical sobbing teenager, and they were so patient and kind to me, helped me do the humane thing for Crystal, and even sent the follow up card. She was a pocket pet that just cost a few bucks, but was so very precious to me. I'm tearing up now just remembering. They are truly some of the good guys. As for dogs - I had Luna for all of my adult life, she was my best friend and meant the world to me. Old age was not very kind to her, and they cared for her tirelessly - an emergency gallbladder removal, Cushings disease, SARD/blindness, every step of the way they provided compassionate care and education free from judgement. I've always felt they were honest and straightforward with me about my options, and helped to point out alternatives when I could not afford the recommendation. They pointed me in the direction of care credit, which allowed me a little more breathing room to pay for the care that Luna needed and deserved. Then when it was time to send her ahead to the rainbow bridge earlier this year... Dr. Nesset was immensely helpful, explained ahead of time what to expect, each of the steps that would be taken, and how it would go. She provided me with chocolate treats for Luna and a jar of baby food which proved to be an excellent distraction. Still, I wasn't prepared for Luna to drop in my arms like a sack of potatoes, and when I started to cry, the doctor also shed a few tears. She really helped to ease the pain of that experience, made a huge difference for me. Thank you so much, WVPC, for helping me through that experience, which however necessary, is ever so painful. You guided me through, as always, with incredible grace and compassion.

West Valley is the best vet ever! Everyone is super nice!

the follow-up from my dog's dental cleaning from Dr. Hsu has been fantastic. She stayed in touch through calls and text messages checking in with me to make sure our baby was recovering well.

My family has been taking our pets to West Valley Pet Clinic for over 20 years. They have treated our birds, dogs, cats, and even our school pets (a rabbit and two rats)! They are very professional and caring. They treat every animal is if it is their own pet. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants high quality care for their pets.

The West Valley Pet Clinic is part of our family for about 30 years now since we settled at California. All our dogs are cared for like our own kids! Now we have moved from Cupertino to Morgan Hill but the West Valley Pet Clinic is always our first place to take our dogs for the medical care. Thanks all the doctors and staffs!

Our cat has been a patient at the clinic for the last decade and we find the staff at the clinic always very responsive and accommodating whenever we need their services and of course, very professional.

One of the best vets we have encountered in our lifetime. Dr. Olson and Dr. Nesset are cutting edge, responsive and extremely knowledgeable/experienced. Imagine they spend hours after the clinic closes (even on Fridays) just to make sure we get immediate attention for next steps with the treatment. The care, compassion and empathy for the pet owner is par excellence and honestly very touching and humbling. The staff responds with lightening speed and with great concern as though my darling Triscuit ( 13 year old Shih Tzu) is their own !!! Very grateful to your team.. Very indebted for the care as our baby battles cancer.

Can't say enough great things about WV. Doctors and staff are fantastic, always friendly and compassionate. We spent many years at a vet closer to our home, and first met Dr Brons through a cat rescue program. If we didn't have a long time vet that we adored, we would have switched right then, but when our vet relocated a few months later, it was an easy decision to make the change to WV.

Everyone we interacted with at the clinic made our visit pleasant and easy. I could tell from the moment we dropped Thorin off that he was in good hands. We appreciated the updates, pictures, and thorough instructions for Thorin's treatment and after care. Our hamster made a speedy recovery and he's back to doing all the things he loves. We're grateful for all your hard work and compassion even during such anxious times!

Our first puppy vaccination visit was smooth. Covid protocol is waiting on your car outside, which is reasonable. Leaves a new puppy owner anxious, but that is what it is! Our puppy came out happy and not afraid!

Dr.Nasset might as well be impersonating a vet. Service is so bad you doubt the validity of her degree. Been to WVPC with several pets, and too many times Dr. Nasset can’t diagnose anything, charges ridiculous prices just to be seen. Then basically does nothing but tell you to wait. Overcharges on everything and definitely one of the worst clinics in the Bay.
