Too bad, they are not humanity. they abused my cats. They trimmed my cat’s nail from very bottom. There was all blood over the two front claws. If you feel it's not easy to take a bath for my cats, you can call us to cancel the service. You don't need to abuse them. It's all bloody and we are scary. Too angry. Too poor.

Took Holly there for her first groom and she looked beautiful. I would not have changed a thing. It has been a challenge getting continuous grooming appointments so I made more appointments ahead. Wish they did boarding.

Very good handling of my old grumpy dog. Wonderful haircut and attitudes for reasonable cost. Worth waiting for an appointment - I did have to wait awhile for an opening. They are very busy!

We love this place so much!! We used to bring our dogs here over 16 yrs ago. We moved to Hollister and used local groomers. But now we have a new puppy and drive all the way to SJ to have him groomed there. I know he is safe, comfortable, and well taken care of by the most amazing staff. Trust is everything. You can relax while your furbaby is at “the spa”.

Don’t bring your cat here. I think they can only work with dogs. I told them to only cut my cat’s hair shorter and they shaved it? It was a Monday and they called me in the middle of the day that they’re not comfortable with my cat? What? You’re a groomer isn’t that your job to deal with the pet? I explained how shy my cat is and he is not an attack-type. I told them how to handle him, and all I received was “still not comfortable”. I had to call my brother and he had to stop his work to come help them. And I guess they shaved his hair because that’s much easier than cutting it short. My cat was groomed in PetSmart before, hair cut and bath, and it was perfectly done. Please save your time and money and bring your cat to somewhere else.

You pay for what you get. High quality haircuts and your dogs are happy through out the whole process. Highly recommend making appointment and expect to leave em most of the day. Excellent customer service, very attentive to what you want for your dogs groomery. My dogs are never dramatized after going. Petsmart is a total different story, very hit or miss. But this place is usually always spot on. Only 1 time did they cut my dogs nails too short, but it was a 1 off for sure. You as a pet owner needs to be attentive to your pet's needs as well. ????????

Never take your pet here. When I first made the appointment, the lady at the front desk said to drop off our pup from 8-10am. On the day of the appointment, we dropped off at 9am. We called at 1:30pm and only her nails had been trimmed, nothing else! After 4.5 hours, only the nails were trimmed, the whole appointment probably would’ve taken 7+ hours in total at that rate, ridiculous! When we showed up to take our dog, we were accused of not specifying a quicker pick up (that should be assumed), and that it was our fault for not coming in at 7am (when was told drop off only starts at 8am). Terrible service, take your money and your fur babies elsewhere.

My parents are long time customers, they also just did a great job with my aging cat.

We're a first timer. Well? Sofia is! I read people can do a walk in, and get their dog's nails trimmed for $10 cash! So we did. They took Sofia in, and maybe 4 minutes later? Done! And off we went. ????

Brought Izzy here after taking her to Carmelitas for years. Carmelitas was good to us and cheap but to far from our house so we had to find a new place. The groomery is in a great location near Branham. They did a great job with Izzys haircut, bath and nail trim. She smelled amazing after and cane home with a cute little neckerchief. They are more pricey than what I've been paying for years, but cant beat the convenience. Izzy will be back!
