Good place to get dog food and supplies but sometimes their out of the food we buy for our dog..????

Can definitely recommend for variety of fish decor and items. As for the live fish....... its sad ???? they really do need help most tanks are neglected (lots of fish dead or sick) Hope they can find good help. (That's why they got 3/5 stars)

It's a very good branch of pet smart. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Store is clean and with good collection

I needed some supplies quickly as I am Dog Trainer and I also Board. At the the last moment a dog destroyed a large 42" crate that I definitely needed on a Holiday weekend. Im mention this because I wouldn't normally go 10 minutes before closing. I walked in and asked the the cashier to help me find my needed item, she quickly called for someone, by the time she could even set her speaker down the manager stepped up offered to helped me. She was awesome! She found what I needed ,I got other supplies , I was wrung up out of there by closing AND she loaded it up in my car. SIX STARS AND THANK YOU!!

Two young staff not able to provide service, too busy.

This place is a night mare for Bettas... only here you can see fish in moldy water. If you gonna buy a fish here be sure to have an antibiotic on hands! I rescued one betta a week ago, and other one just yesterday in this place... looks like no body care of them.

A high proposal for your pet shop! Last week, I passed by in your pet shop to check on the off chance that you have diapers and a voyaging confine for canines. I was so cheerful and happy with the help. The things are in acceptable quality, and the costs are so reasonable. I will unquestionably utilize their administration over and over. KEEP IT UP!

I have had good experiences in all areas of PetSmart, Grooming, Shopping, and Veterinarian.

I love going here , the store usually has everything I'm looking for...AND I get to take my toy Yorkshire Terrier with me.. she loves to shop!

All workers there I feel like their goal is to have you NOT buy a pet.

Extremely frustrating grooming experience. This place took an appointment from me over phone and told me all I needed was proof of my dog's rabies vaccination I waited WEEKS for this appt and when I got there they wouldn't take my dog because he takes a daily mild sedative. Literally never been an issue at any past groomers including Petco. I had no way of knowing this information, btw, because the confirmation text sent to my number didn't work and I booked through phone and got no email. Terrible service

I ordered for curbside and waited over 10 minutes, then also called the phone number…no answer.So I went inside waited in line the person at the register didn’t know how to use their own app she had to call someone to help her. That person came to help her and will my order, she didn’t even greet me or anything super rude and unfriendly even after the fact she had to find my order. She handed me my order and didn’t even say sorry for the delay or thank you.. just handed me my order. Will never go back there at all.

Always clean, employees are always friendly, parking is always plenty, and prices with treat rewards is always great! I love this place!

Quick service product in stock!

This location is amazing!! The sales girls are knowledgeable and always available for questions and advice .. We have purchased five guinea pigs from this location and they are still thriving after 5 years .. Returns and exchanges are seamless and quick ... I would recommend this PetSmart for all your pets needs .......

Took my dog for nail cutting at the Petsmart groomers and had a great experience. The staff are all very friendly and gentle with the animals.

Terrible, the customer service I received. I don't think you wouldn't want to know at this time of ignorance in the world. I just want to say as a U.S. Army veteran. Your staff needs a WHOLE lot of ethnicity, should you expect your business establishment to be successful in this community. Reverend Matthew Allen

Super nice and friendly staff and they're great to your pets if you bring them in with you only seeing a bit low in stock other than that it's an awesome place

I wish I can give them no star. They have the the worst customer service ever. Specially the girl who helps in fish department… she doesn’t want you to choose the fish and wants to give whatever she wants to give. We were paying for it so we have the right to choose of what pet we want to take home. She was super rude and disrespectful person. As compared to them , PetCo has really really nice people there. They are always super sweet and welcoming. I will always take my business to PetCo now. Never coming back to this location now.

We came in for birds, but they were out!???? I guess since covid they're only getting 2 birds per shipment. But the employees were very helpful and friendly!!

Had a grooming service done(haircut, nails, shampoo) and all was done beautifully. Everyone here is super nice and helpful. My only place for grooming in San Jose!

I'm giving it a 3star. Because it's hit or miss with this store. I guess it depends on who helps you. I've had great service and sometimes bad service . I will say everytime I've be at the register they have been great and helpful!!

Really like this PetSmart and it’s near my place. I just Recently found a feral girl I fell in love with. Went straight to the store to get her supplies. Love the online buy and in-store pick up. Employees are nice and helpful.
