Finding a new four-legged family member couldn't have been easier or more comforting. Very responsive and clear! It was comforting to see how well the staff knew the animals. Great experience!

The lady is a little cold to communicate but I love that they’re a non kill shelter and recommend getting your kittens here.

They are extremely unreliable, and unprofessional. No communication what so ever, even after speaking to the owner (Rick). I really wanted to support this organization. However, I was told they have their "main" business they run and they do this on the side. The front desk lady is VERY rude and unprofessional, and this is based on the multiple times we met. She told us to go elsewhere, because we had questions and concerns and she didn't feel like answering them.

I hope everyone helps. I make my new year promise to do what I can to get things on your list. Please go to Pet Fiends and help with what you can. I look at all the pets and I know they can’t do it alone. It takes a village. We owe it to out town .

Costumer service wasn’t good. They didn’t take us seriously. We filled out applications but they were over looked. We wanted a kitten but they were adopted even when we had applications all ready filled. They posted a kitten on their social media’s that wasn’t even old enough to be adopted. But we give them a two star rating because we ended up finally getting a kitten.

Loved how they come out to you during this pandemic.

Pet Friends Rescue & Adoption no-kill shelter is a place where local Pet Rescue and Adoption is available from a loving and caring group of folks who donate their time to make a positive impact and difference for their shelter pets in their community. They also have a low cost Spay & Neuter Clinic, another solution to the counties over population of pets. Please adopt don’t shop????

Very friendly staff. They were closed but someone helped me anyway. Got information on low cost by appointment only spay and neuter. Have feral cats and considering catch and release once they have surgery. Suggest anyone in Hollister use the service if they have any cats. We have too many feral cats with no end to reproducing. Animal shelter can't guarantee adoption.

They where able to accommodate my Dane, they are very friendly and helpful, appreciate all they did for me and my dog.

Low cost pet spay and neuter clinic, as well as pet shots, chip I'd, and flea control.products at a reasonable price. Started with cat rescue and ferral feeding programs, now dog adoption also. Pet cemetary and garden for the cats that lived there all there lives. Each has their own crate in indoor or outdoor environments with freedom to roam, non restrictive. Best cat facility I have ever seen. Good place to adopt or surrender. Lots of community support.

This is a private non profit animal rescue and sanctuary that mainly focuses on cats but also has up to eight dogs at any given time. It's quite an amazing endeavor. There are always animals for adoption as well as permanent residents. The property is lovely and kept up beautifully. There is also a low cost spay and neuter clinic there. They always need volunteers, and donations of supplies and cash. There is a wishlist on their website. This is a no kill sanctuary that is doing an amazing job saving and caring for the most helpless among us. If you can donate items from their wish list or cash, or have even an hour to help out you can make a difference for rescue animals. You can walk a dog, play with kittens, clean litter boxes, mop or clean kennels. If this review was helpful, please like.

I am so happy to have found my little snuggle buddy here! Her name is Wheatie now, but was Wanda. She is the best chiweanie! I’m just thrilled I found her at pet friends! It’s a wonderful shelter! Very clean and the animals are well cared for.

Pet Friends is a great place to spend time at. Helping with the cats, like I do, or spending time with the dogs, as others do, is enjoyable, and when I can help someone find the pet for them, there is no other feeling like that.

I found my adorable kitty cat, sweet pea, there. The staff are the best and sooooo helpful. All the cats live in an open space with lots of cat trees to call home. It was so calm on the cat room that I wanted to stay forever. Everything was clean and tidy. Overall, just a great experience - plus I found a forever companion to take home to live with me.

Friendly, caring people who love the animals they help / care for. The clinic was very clean and the people who worked there very knowledgeable and helpful. We dropped our male cat off in the morning to be neutered and picked him up that afternoon. I am thrilled we found Pet friends to have our cats procedure done. The work they do is above and beyond what I expected.
