My groomer name was Brown. He made sure I was very happy with the job he did. Brown talked to me asking if I had any concerns for my dog Bandit before and after the job. He was very pleasant and timely. My Bandit looks Great!

During Covid 19 my dog has had a hard time , itching , matting and unable to sleep . I waited for an appointment for 3 weeks because of SIP . Tori has been very busy and my appointment was running behind schedule- I want to say thank you for coming through for my dog and going the distance to get him back to heath and feeling good.

First time I used a mobile service and probably the last. I don't think the 2 groomers new what a Westie cut was and they failed to mention cutting my dogs ear and stopping the bleeding just for a couple of hour. When he came in it started to bleed. I felt so bad, he was probably crying and I didn't even hear him. Usually, his ears are not shaved! All they had to do was YouTube it.
